  • This took me so much practice !

  • Oh yea and the rest is like.... Amazing!!

  • COOLEST bit at 3mins!

  • can you do mistress justice next? :D

  • short sleeve in the snow?????

  • for me this is the hardest of the whip cracks to do, along with the singleton special and the arrow head. I can do underhand flicks, overhand flicks, side flicks, overhead cracks, backwords overhead cracks, cattlemans crack, coachmans crack, volley, tasmanian flash, fast and slow figure 8, and many others. can you make a more detailed video of the tasmanian cutback and a few others demonstrating how to get to where you can do it.

  • This is so sweet, really want to learn some whip tricks now

  • watched this video, went outside, and got the crack on the third try. you got some good advice man

  • Love it love good whip cracking

  • Great video man. Side note: am i the only one who got a chuckle when he said "what you dont want to do is..**gusts of wind** **whoosh** and thats why we shouldnt **swoosh** and God help you if you ever **swoosh** **wind noise** Seriously though, great vids man. I just got a whip from a friend (Hungarian bullwhip) and i have been trying a bit of stuff. Its a bit big for a beginner but everything takes practice :)

  • ive watched this video a couple time and when i tried it outside it only took me a couple tries thanks to you. i was having trouble clearing my leather aussie hat so i took it of and i could do it vary easily. Thanks Adam love all of your videos, they help alot!

  • I am haveing big troubles with this crack, My whip Is a 10 ft cowhide indiana jones style whip or a 6 ft nylon cow whip but I can't get it, It always catches my hand as it moves back. I can't get this one to work. Do you have any advice for me?

  • @DrHenryWaltenJonesJr When your hand is behind your back you must make sure to keep the handle angled away from your back.

  • I notice you haven;t done this crack with a bullwhip, always a stock or cowhide whip.... is it done differently with a normal bullwhip?

  • Five stars from me!

  • the way a whip echo's where i live it sounds exactly like a rifle goes off then it hits, if you've ever hunted or even shot a gun for that matter ( if you hit something :P ) you will hear "BANG, then a little noise that i can't explain " but that little noise is the bullet hitting whatever it hits, and i've had people freak out thinking we were shooting alot ( me and a friend at about 11:30 at night got out 2 whips and were doing a nice even crack crack crack crack ) woke many people i bet lol

  • thanks agian adam i just went outside to try this 4 trys on the up swing 3 trys on the down swing and then i relly tried it and got a small crack within 5 min. so thanks cause ive learned all of cracks from you

  • 6 stars

  • HEY!! It's Matt Damon!!

  • have you ever hurt yourself?

  • 5 stars

  • you remind me of Matt Damon in the movie "The Informant" but you are much more cool :)

  • sound like squidward

  • can you do a video on whip safety for the bull whip

  • How lnog do bull whips usuaklly last? And if the whip does not have a fall, does it mean that it is a bad whip? I have an 8 feet leather bullwhip and it's starting to fall apart fairly quickly, is that because I am hitting the ground too much? Please reply, thanks. Great vid

  • @qwas12348gr5 whips last a while if u take care of them if your whip dosent have a fall you can replace it with a new one and if ur whip is falling apart try puting leather/saddle dressing on it if its dry and you should try to only crack ur whip on grass and really soft dirt, nothing hard like rocks, pavement, and concrete i hope i helped you out a little

  • @eskcipher

    Thanks.

    Much abliged :D

  • Love how you slow it down! Best vids ever!

  • COOL!!! im getting 8ft cow hide bullwhip

  • watching your tutorals has helped me out big time.... Some day I will be able to do what you can with a whip.. YOU ARRE BAD ASS BROTHA!!! Thank you for all the help

  • i have to say your awesome, and you live in a beatiful landscape:O

  • lol I'd never be able to do this stuff with mine, its a cheapo 6 foot nylon. It's all kinky and stiff and doesn't even hang straight. I can aim with it, but these smooth cracks and arcs I'm pretty sure are beyond it.

I bet his neighbors across those trees are thinking, "He's at it again."

  • OMG THATS SWEET!!!

you need to do a few cracks before doing the tasmanian cutback to make it right tho... your sweet whipmanship(i made a word to describe it) GETS YOU 5 STARS!

  • your my hero

  • are you not cold??

  • Lord knows I love to see you crack a whip, but that move you did at the very end where you catch the whip was the slickest thing I ever saw you do!!

  • insane... 5 stars

  • Thanks Adam! i'm from México, I learned a lot with your videos, are explicit and easy to follow, now only practice as an amateur, I have a 10 foot bull whip as Indiana Jones and it is difficult to make some moves, I guess by the size of the handle, any have helped me so much, 5 stars for you, thanks again. I still have much to learn. P.D. My english is very bad XD

  • its P.S. =D

  • how many whip are there.... cow bull stock what is next ant?

  • that whip crack sound is so delicious sounding

  • did any one see he let go of the whip then caught it at the end! cool!

  • Isn't great having a fanbase consisting ONLY of sofisticated people? I've never seen a single negative comment on you're videos. You should be proud ^^

  • Hello Adam, I have been workin on this crack for about 2 weeks now pretty steady. I still don't seem to have it right yet though. I am using an 8ft cowhide Bullwhip. I can get it to crack directly behind my right foot but thats the best I can do so far. Any advice on how I can improve?

  • You are unbelievable and a great whipcracker. I could not get the coachman's crack until I saw your video. Keep up the good work and I look forward to seeing many more.

  • I love the echoing :)

  • Oh, really. I'm only familiar with the use of a bullwhip. Is using a stock or cow whip very different from using a bullwhip? Btw, you have terrific control of the whip. You are very good indeed!

  • Thats not a bullwhip, it's a stockwhip.

  • I guess I found a new hobby; great whip videos!!

  • Have you done a video on the figure 8?

  • how much are the whips you buy price range

  • That is a stock whip right? what's the difference between that and a bullwhip, besides the handle length?

  • hey Adam post a video of the wilk's wonder

    thanks David

  • You're gonna freeze to death out there in that cold wind

  • Oh OK. I'm going mustering in June so need to practice using stockies off horse back again.

Stock whips are much easier to work with, I've found. Mostly 'cause of the 'hinge' between thong and handle - easier to carry over yor arm when riding

  • I'll have a look at it, mate.

Do you work with cattle with these whips or are they only for trick work/performances?

  • I only ever met one bloke (actual working bloke - not a performer) who could do the Queensland crossover. He lived on a station near Longreach, Queenslad and he was bloody brilliant. Quite a sight to see in the flesh.

  • Got it :D Thank you :D

  • O.K., I think I know what I'm doing wrong. You lean forward before every crack creating more distance between you and the whip. That might be the missing element to my routine. I'll try again later today.

  • I tried the tasmanian with my 8 foot Terry Jacka with little luck. I had a hard time keeping distance between myself and the whip. Bascially, the whip kept wrapping itself around me rather than cracking. I'll keep watching your video and then running outside to copy, but is it more difficult with a bull?

  • thanks again Adam.

  • Thanks again, Adam!!

  • What the hell is all that white stuff all over the ground?!

     Nice cracking....

  • awsome

  • Wallapoo!

  • Okay, two things. This is the easiest way I've found to tie knots in my fall, and it's a lot harder then it looks!
