Which comedian wraps up a baby blanket and makes people swear there's a real baby inside? I seen it once and as I recall, he was freaking people out in a mall somewhere. Anyone know him?

@TheMrBlinx Perhaps what you saw was my episode of "Bananas" which aired a few years ago. On that episode we did some hidden camera practical jokes, which included a segment where I did the baby cry routine in a shopping mall.
