Head tracking tech is already here. Will this particular tech come with it? Probably not. However, it's not a far jump to incorporate head tracking. Any average enthusiast can order the tech now and probably get something working within hours. The obstacle for these have always been the resolution of the displays. Sounds like Sony has possibly solved that. This announcement is much more than just a 'personal movie theater' product, this could be the keystone to future VR tech!
