It was the UN Resolution 1701 which was approved by both the Isreali and Lebanese government calling for the disarmend of Hezbollah and withdraw of Isreal forces from Lebanon. Secondly It doens't matter how or why hezbollah formed it matters only that they fired first on 2 Isreali Humvees patroling their side of the fence on the Isreali Lebanese border.

There is 2 sides to this story, how does Isreal feel when they make a peace treaty and then they get fired on by Hezbollah? Naturally they want to fire back. Then Hezbollah fires back on them again after a peace treaty is made and it is just a vicious cycle of killing on both sides. You need to see from both sides before you make a decision about the other.

may Allah (SWT) bless you and your family, I had wanted to move to Lebanon a few years ago, but Bush caused so much problems I had to change my plans, but i love my husbands family and i love Lebanon. the only time i was afraid in lebanon was when israeli war planes flew over head . all the people i met in lebanon are good family orriented people.
