  • the author of this video is an ugly retarded morbidly obese shithead who preaches anti semitism because he doesn't have anything in his life but the stupid false prophet jesus. Maybe your incompetent false prophet can make his worthless christian ass less disgusting and fat. If you read this fatass you must know that you disgust me. It looks like he ate a lot of christ bodies last sunday.

  • @ashmedai6 Thanks once again for showing that I am right, and that Jews need Jesus. You snap and lash out at someone who loves you and tries to help you, and you prove that I am doing the work of God. I wonder which Bible verse or book teaches you to hate someone who tries to help you, who reaches out to you in truth? Would that be Genesis, or maybe Exodus? Was it Abraham that preached that hatred, or Moses? You tell me. My weight has nothing to do with the --cont.

  • @ashmedai6 cont-- with the fact that you are a sinner, and that there is NOTHING that you can do to merit God's forgiveness. You can repent of each sin, but as it states in Ezekiel, one sin and God forgets all the righteousness deeds you have done, as if they never happened. You are a sinner, you have hatred for your fellow man, you revel in the hardship of others, and you bear false witness against me. You break the commandments of God every day, and your only hope is Jesus.

  • @creativemind1179 I have gone out of my way trying to find conflicts between the Old and New Testaments, and can not. I have read hundreds of commentaries and refutations by Rabbis and other learned scholars among the Jews, and find the same willfully ignorant dialogue in all of them. The only thing that will convince a Jew of their need for Jesus is Jesus. All I can do is point out fallacies, which I have done admirably. God must do the rest.

  • btw ur fat, ugly and if ur a missionary hope you die

  • this will make you use ur brain. lol

    youtube.com/watch?v=DKqm1rIILbk

  • Friend, I realize this video is old. Maybe you've come around since. Jews don't hate Xtians. We don't care what you believe or if you want to be a missionary. Just don't try to teach Jews about G-d. We already know about G-d. We've had a relationship with G-d since 2,000 years before you all started your religion. Jews don't talk much about Hindu missionaries or Buddhist missionaries because, well, they don't really care as much as you folks do about spreading your beliefs. Just leave us alone.

  • @sethgreenberg1948 No, you have a relationship with traditions and rituals and Rabbis who ignore 80% of their own scriptures and lie to you about the Messiah. I will preach the truth to whomsoever will listen. If you want to burn in hell for all eternity, that is sadly your choice, just don't deny others the same chance at eternal life that you deny yourself.

  • @apologeticsman Friend, my point is that in your video, you claim that Jews hate Xtians. While we believe different things, Jews respect the beliefs of other monotheistic religions. From your reply, it seems to me that the hate might be coming from your angle (that 'burning in Hell' thing, for example). Torah gives Jews a path and marks it clearly while leaving the path for ethical Gentiles open. My point: Preach to non-believers & leave Jews alone. We're cool with you. It's just not for us.

  • @sethgreenberg1948 The Torah is not all that God wrote, and BTW, the Torah does teach about Jesus and hell. Yours is not a Biblical religion, but a man made religion based on traditions. Trust in God, not man.

  • @apologeticsman I'm glad you're engaging here. But I'm having trouble getting you to understand. Jews and Xtians have different theological viewpoints. But, as a rule, Jews do not make a point of trampling Jesus worship. Torah does that just fine (e.g., Numbers 23:19, Deut 18:20). I cannot suppose why YOU choose to berate Torah Judaism. I'm just politely asking you to focus your mission on the BILLIONS of people who do not believe in G-d and not waste your energy on Jews (Gen 12:3).

  • the reason we get up set when a Jew converts to xtianity is because they say "Judaism teaches Xtianity....it is the most Jewish thing to do!" an Athiest does not say these things. they say "although I might have a Jewish mother and most would consider me a jew im an Athiest"

  • @KingOystar Judaism is a mostly man made religion, based somewhat on the Bible, but mostly on the words of the Rabbis, who have perverted the Bible's truth to the point that it can not be found. Judaism does not teach Christianity, but the Bible most definitely teaches about Jesus, as a matter of fact, the theme of the entire Bible is God's love and desire to redeem mankind from sin, and that is exactly what Jesus is, redemption from sin.

  • "Jews for Jesus" is an Xtian orginization that LIES to jews and ignorant christians, and others!

  • You are about third for anti-semite of the year. Looking around your double wide behind you I don't see yer white sheet or hood, they must be at the cleaners huh???

  • @mraw65 again, the burden of proof is on you, you say I am an anti Semite, yet you can not tell me or anyone anything I have said that specifically states or implies my hatred for Jews. The only one hating, is you.

  • Hindus don't take the Hebrew scriptures, twist them and turn them into something abhorent to all jews. Hindus don't take the holiest writings of Judaism and twist them into a pagan travesty of the worlds oldest monotheistic religion. That is why Jews have an intense distrust of Xtianity, an intense revulsion of Xtianity. Your entire religion is based on the pagan man-myths that have more in common with the ancient Near-east polytheistic cults then they do with the G-d of Israel.

  • @apologeticsman I need to respond to your video. The Jewish Bible clearly states that performing human sacrifices is an abomination and that God commanded not to do such a detestable abomination. Why do you think that a Jew is going to offer an abomination to God; ie jesus sacrifise. It is imposible.. Now you xtians know this simple facts and ignore it. You are the ones that hate Jews and judaisim. Your religion has kill millions of Jews while jews have not kill you... Yhink about that

  • @xemnas11 No "Xtian" ever killed Jew, the people you refer to were not followers of Christ, any more than a Jew who murders someone in the name of Judaism is truly a Jew. The human sacrifice analogy is off base for several reasons, first, the death of the Messiah for the sins of the world is prophesied at least twice in the Hebrew Bible (Isaiah 53, Daniel 9?) and secondly, Jesus was a willing sacrifice for us, not one that was killed apart from his own will. Yes, it is a sin to murder -cont

  • @xemnas11 to murder an innocent person for some deity, but for a man to willingly die to save others is noble, and in the case of Jesus who was human and also YOUR God, it was a holy and righteous sacrifice which is far superior to that of a lamb or a dove, etc. You fail to realize that the Jewish sacrificial system is in fact a foreshadow of the true, eternal sacrifice of a perfect being, for the sins of the entire world. There is nothing sinful, dirty of immoral about Jesus dying in your place

  • I love the logic, "Jews hate us because they really believe our message and don't want to" Did you ever think that their distrust of christians might come from the fact that when the Muslims and christians went to war over who owned the "holy land", the christians executed Jews for being Jews? Or that christians, never Jews, made laws outlawing any religion other then their own, under pain of death, torture and burning alive? Or the slaughter of men, women and children, simply for being Jews?

  • @crazyr Well, A. no true Christian could or would ever murder another human being in cold blood, so the Jewish assertion that Hitler and his cronies were Christians is preposterous to the extreme. The Bible states in 1 John that nobody who is born of God (i.e. made spiritually alive by faith in the Messiah) is capable of being a murderer, or of true deep hatred for another person, so to say Christians have harmed or murdered Jews is incorrect. B. most people who are "anti missionaries"--cont

  • @apologeticsman Well you need to do your homework. the founder of the Xtian reformation, ie. the father of Protestantism, Martin Luther , was the most abhorent anti semite to ever breath air (with the exception of maybe Adolph himself). Luther's book , On the Jews and their lies, encourages and exhorts "believing Xtians" to restrict Jews from travelling, enslave them so they don't have time for their "wicked" pursuits, burn their synagogues, their Torahs, their Talmuds.

  • @mraw65 Hitler and his cronies planned Kristallnacht, the night of broken glass, to coincide with Luther's birthday. Hitler's "church of the Reich", was to be headed by the former head of the German Lutheran church.

The church itself was to use Luther's teachings, particularly "The Jews and their Lies" as the basis for church doctrine!!! Are you trying to tell me that the father of the reformation, wasn't a real "gawd fearun buhleever". wow, that is a shock for me!!!!!

  • @crazyrichardson cont- are not there to share truth or to be open to truth, they are there to hurt other people, because they hate what they stand for. I do not hate Jews, nor am I offended by their beliefs, I simply believe that any person who does not accept Jesus as savior will go to a place of torment for all eternity, therefore I must warn them, and reason with them if I can. It is in fact true, godly love that motivates me, not hatred or anger, unlike the Jewish anti missionaries

  • @apologeticsman The church that put together the bible today, along with the majority of its followers lead the Crusades into the Middle East, waving the banner of Christ. They fought for the will of God against all infedels and heretics. The Pope of the time even allowed any non-believer to be killed, saying it was not a sin, for it was the will of God. This may not be what true Christianity is about, its may not be what Jesus taught, but it still happened, and the churches then allowed it.

  • @crazyrichardson The Roman Catholic church did not "put the Bible together" in fact, the entire New testament as it exists today existed 290 or so years before the first Pope was declared by the branch of the church in Rome, which at that time was just another part of the church and did not become corrupt until the advent of the Papacy. Their claim that Peter was the first pope is ludicrous and totally unbiblical. Biblical Christians were scarce for a few years, but they never murdered anyone.

  • @apologeticsman The only two established churches during the Crusades were the Roman Catholics, and the Orthodox Catholics. This was the way of things for about 1000 years, when the Reformation occurred. The known bible today has more books in it then what we have today, and doesn't have many of the resurrection verses found in todays "adapted" versions. The oldest version predates the Papacy, after the Papacy, we have the bible of today. The bible of today was not around 1600 years ago.

  • @crazyrichardson The word from which we derive the English word "church" is a Greek word that does not mean an organization, or a hierarchy of men, but it simply means an assembly of called people, i.e. those called to faith in Jesus. There was and is no need for a priesthood, cathedrals, or men in power for there to be a church. Jesus said wherever there are 2 or more gathered in His name, he is present, so just because the "establishment" was the Roman institution, it does not --cont

  • @apologeticsman " but it simply means an assembly of called people, i.e. those called to faith in Jesus."

Sorry sporto, wrong again. You imply with the above that the word has some sort of holy connotation (thus the use of "i.e."). the word ekklesia actually referred to any group organized with a common way of thinking or common purpose. It referrred not only to xtians, but to the ekklesia of black-smiths, of Zeus worshipers, and yes there was an "ekklesia" of male gay prostitutes as well!!!

  • @mraw65 that's what it means within the context of the new Testament, it does not refer to any particular denomination, and it does not imply a place centrally located that is run by human hierarchy.

  • cont- not follow that there was no church, as a matter of fact, there were many true believers in the world during the time of Rome's infamous reign, they were called heretics by the established religion, and they were very Biblical and not at all violent or hateful toward Jews. If you were to take the writings of the early church fathers ( all before AD 300) and take out the New Testament quotes, you could reconstruct about 95% of the New Testament writings. The NT is about 1,951 years old

  • The ignorance displayed by this bozo is profound. Jews welcome people who are interested in converting but do not engage in the evangelical actions like some Christian sects do. As for your comment about a Jews saying he preferred his son became a Satanist, that is an outright lie which you wold know if you knew anything about Judaism.

  • @jonpetry That is the point. If there were some relevant truth in Judaism, God would use them as He has done in the past to show people the way to Himself. God used Jonah to tell the people of Nineveh to repent, and He has used prophets and other people over the centuries to show not only the Jews, but other people the error of their ways, and to tell them of the coming redeemer. Jews do not evangelize because they have no relevant truth to share, thus we can not look to them for help-cont

  • @apologeticsman Your comments on who has the truth are simply your conclusions and are arrogant judgment on your part, not facts.

  • @jonpetry I did not lie about the man saying that he would rather see his child become a Satanist than a Christian, because as he put it "at least Satan is real". That was a quote from a book I read about 15 years ago in Nashville, Tn and although I can not remember the name of it, that quote has stuck with me for years. Jesus teaches us to love and worship the God of Abraham, and to love all mankind with a godly and compassionate love. Jews do not have the truth, so we must bring it to them.

  • @apologeticsman Then you misrepresented yourself in your story. Be that as it may, the Christian obsession with Satan does not exist in Judaism. Your comments on who has the truth are simply your conclusions and are arrogant judgment on your part, not facts.

  • @jonpetry "the Christian obsession with Satan does not exist in Judaism." That is because, unlike Xtianity -Judaism doesn't deem it possible that an omniscient, omnipresent, omnipotent G-d would create a being which not only has the ability to rebel physically against the all powerful name, but can actually manage to contend to the point of fighting a "war" with that very same G-d. Sort of makes G-d somewhat less than "all-powerful" , don't it?

  • @mraw65 You have never read Job then, because Satan most certainly does exist in Judaism. His role in the grand scheme of things does develop as the New Testament comes into being, but Satan is not only in Judaism, he has an almost godlike power. He can do whatever God allows him to do while on earth, and there is evidence that he was cast out of heaven. You say God would not create a being that can rebel against him, and even fight against hi, yet you forget Hitler, Pharaoh, Stalin, and so on

  • @apologeticsman You are profoundly ignorant and uninformed with regards to Judaism. At no point did I deny that the concept of "HaSatan" does not exist in Judaism. However, HaSatan or "the Satan" is not a proper name, rather a job description. Judaism has no place for a three part deity, nor has it the place for a cosmic evil being which could actually try to contend with G-d. Again, missionary man Judaism recongnizes , particularly from the book of Job, that Satan is a servant of G-d.....

  • @mraw65 ....in fact if you look at the book of Job, the Holy One (blessed is He and blessed is his name) puts it to the heavenly host as a job offer ..." who wants to go and test my servant Job". The job title for such an assignment is...HaSatan. The angel who chooses to take it on , gets the job title. In no way does Judaism look on such a figure as having "rebelled" against G-d, or as some kind of arch nemesis to G-d. As I said before, G-d wouldn't be alll powerful then, would he?

  • P.S.

Hating Jew's is not against morality (except for Jews). We don't think somebody who hates Jews is evil, unless he hurts Jews (or anybody else).

Some Muslims are maniacs, but on the whole, while a Jew becoming Muslim is a terrible thing, there is nothing inherently evil about (normal) Islam. theoretically, if the entire world was Muslim except the Jews that would be a fulfillment of the the noahide laws, although I really would rather that didn't happen.

    From Jerusalem

    עם ישראל חי

  • Hating ANYONE is against morality, and the law of God. Hatred is a desire to see someone harmed and suffer, therefore anyone who hates is evil. I have been accused of hating Jews because in their words I "try to convert" them, but their own Bible speaks of a time when the gentiles would bring Jews back to a true worship of their own God! Read Isaiah 66. God is the ONLY ONE who converts anyone, and He does that with His holy word, and His spirit. I am just a simple messenger, nothing more

  • @apologeticsman - I am a Jew, so please don't talk about Jews to me in the third person.

*I will ask you to bring a quote that proves Hate is evil. Harm could be evil. Hating evil is definitely not evil (as in the cases of Esther or the amalekites).

*that is clearly NOT what it says in Isaiah 66. If you would like to argue about it - the chapter (for your convenience):

    kodesh.snunit.k12.il/bible/hisai066.html

"והביאו את כל אחיכם מכל הגויים" - means brought your BROTHERS from the goys.

  • @apologeticsman

Like I said - you guys are the only ones that take THE LITERAL WORD OF GOD (in a distorted translation) and bend it to your own falsehood, and then try to convince people and turn them into idol worshipers.

You are a messenger of lies. Nothing more.

  • Yes, God's word is literal. There are places in it that are figurative, but they are easy to spot because of the context. The Messiah was LITERALLY to be God, so your accusations against His followers as idol worshipers are not Biblical. I challenge you to show me one single verse in the new Testament that teaches us to worship idols. One verse, can you do it, or are you just a Christian hater? I devote a LOT of time and energy to show Jews the truth of their Messiah, and I do it in love

  • @apologeticsman

Worshiping a man, as Jesus was, is idol worship.

Praying toward a statue, as christians do in many places, is idol worship.

Claiming god has a beird, a leg, eyes or a penus, is idol worship.

Obviously a keniving text like the new testamint wouldn't go outright and say "thow shalt brake all comandment you were tought".

    Enough said.

  • Christianity is idol worship which is a negative commandment!

Islam and (for the most part) Buddhism do not go against one of the ten commandments.

as such, Christianity is the worst religion in the world since the other evil ones at least don't try to convert us, not to mention that Christians seem to find it particularly important to pester Jews.

To top it all off Christians are the only ones that go around waving THE HOLY BOOK to use it's wisdom to bring people to preform blasphemy

  • No, we do not worship idols, as a matter of fact, we are taught that idol worship in any form is punishable by eternal hell. Buddhists worship the idol of Buddha, and Muslims worship Allah, which used to be a pagan idol, so they are idolaters as well. Jesus is not an idol. He is God in human form. He is not a man who became "a god" He is the one true and living God of Abraham, who took human form and came to us all to save us, because He loves us. We do not convert people, that is God's job

  • I'm sorry, you don't seem to understand what Idol worship is.

Buddhism isn't perfect on that issue, but at least they don't attribute godliness to their idol... mainly wisdom.

I don't care how you dig into Muslim history, NOW they do not worship an idol and won't even have cartoons of Mohamed.

Even if attributing divinity to a man was OK (far from it) - read the ten commandments, you are not to make a statue or a picture of god. period.

Christianity is virulent idol worship. Worst religion.

  • @clipz5 I love my culture and I celebrate it. I am Scottish on my Mother's and Father's side, and have German as well. I speak almost fluent German and have been to Germany and Scotland several times, I also play bagpipes. One thing about my culture I do not love or celebrate is the pagan religion they once followed. My ancestors worshiped trees and sacrificed virgins to evil spirits. Thanks be to God that He sent His son into the world, so that we all could know the truth and be saved!

  • @apologeticsman how can anyone support missionaries? going to other peoples countries and just converting everyone who is not christian, how is that right? do missionaries hate other religions? people have tried to convert me in the pass, and it pissed me off. whats wrong with my religion, missionaries have taken over my parents country, just cause its a 3rd world country that pick the weak minded people who are poor. so BS!

  • @clipz5 we support missionaries because man is dead in sin, and only by faith in Jesus can they be alive and have a relationship with God and go to heaven when they die. If people do not accept Jesus as their savior, they are condemned to eternity burning, so how could we NOT support missionaries? I don't convert anyone, that is God's job, but He does use me in that process, and I do it out of love, not hate

  • @apologeticsman you complain why jewish people dont hate other religions instead of christians. maybe if christian missionaries would stop travel the world trying to convert people that are other religiosn that would help. hinduism and buddism is a chilled religions they stick to thereselves and dont bother other people cause they accept other religions too. THATS WHY NO ONE GIVES THEM ANY SLACK! also to say that everyone who is not christian is going to hell is retarded...

  • @apologeticsman Your German culture is also steeped in antisemitism...but it is fairly obvious that you have indeed taken on that part of your heritage with more than a little zeal!!!

  • @mraw65 if I were against Jews, I certainly would not care enough to tell them the truth, to beg them to accept their Messiah before they die and spend eternity in hell. I know you just write what you do to get a rise out of me, and make me slip up or act in an angry manner, so instead of doing what you want me to do, I will place the burden in your lp, and ask you to quote even one "anti Semitic" statement I have made, and explain how that statement reflects my hatred for Jewish people.

  • Couldn't have said it better myself! Christ is TRUTH! If all Jews knew Christ, the world would be a great place to live in (instead of a mainly scary and rotten place) for all mankind. Being that I am from the Jews I know this is the truth. True believers of Christ have the spirit of life and joy in them, Jews are a more pessimistic and miserable people because since they rejected G-d, G-d has rejected them! The world is paying the price since Jews rejected the true Messiah/Christ of mankind!

  • A Jew who becomes christian, a jew without any real jewish knowledge. If we do direct our, what you seem to be calling "hatred to Christians."

Why do we "preach" against christians? It is because they knock on your door and come with lies and mistranslations On our own book.

We know who or what the messiah willl be when he really comes what he will do, and jesus did not accomplish it.

Jesus is not the truth don't put words in our mouth.

  • Jews do not "become Christians" when they have faith in Jesus. In fact, NOBODY becomes a Christian when they trust in Jesus, any more than they become Roman by joining the Catholic church, or Arabian by becoming Muslim. To trust in Jesus is to be Jewish in the true and eternal sense. The "Jewish religion" was just an incomplete version of the eternal faith that all the prophets spoke of, and Jesus is not the originator of a new religion, but the continuance and perfection of the original

  • @apologeticsman

    You know nothing of Judaism,

And everything you say makes no sense.

    I agree with @waysofman

"You are better at making straw men then making sense"

  • I know all there is to know about Judaism, and that is found in God's word. I trust God, not Rabbis and sages, because at best, they are imperfect, and at worst, they are biased. The Judaism that exists today is bit a shadow of the Biblical faith that Moses brought to the people of Israel, it has virtually NOTHING in common with that Torah faith. There is no temple, no priesthood, no sacrifices for sins and almost all of the theology comes from a nationalistic standpoint, rather than Biblical

  • @RedX714 also, ask yourself this "why did God allow His temple to be destroyed in the first place, and never be rebuilt?" Unless you want to say that God is subject to the whims of man, you will have to admit that the destruction of the temple was His will. The only conceivable reason I can fathom for it is that the temple and the priesthood sacrifices etc. were no longer needed. Why? Because Jesus, the Messiah came and brought in eternal righteousness by faith.

  • @apologeticsman You should also note that the temple was destroyed before as well before the time of jesus. The destruction of the temple has nothing to do with jesus as a "sin"offering. A man is responsible for his own actions, no one can take responsibility for something that was not his fault to begin with.

  • @RedX714 yes, exactly it was destroyed once before Jesus came, but in Daniel, we see that the Messiah was to come before the destruction of the next temple (the one that lies in ruins now) and He did. The edict to rebuild the temple was to take place, then the Messiah would come and the people of Israel had a certain amount of time to believe in His message, then the temple would be destroyed, indefinitely. The next temple will usher in the Ani Christ (false Messiah) and the end will soon follow

  • @apologeticsman anti christ is just as hilarious the devil.

Meaning no such thing. Again you know nothing of Judaism.

The messiah is to rebuild to temple, not have it destroyed.

  • show me the verses in the Bible that state that the Messiah will rebuild the temple.. I doubt you can, since it is a construct of the Rabbis and not in God's word, but I could be wrong. The word anti means against or in place of, i.e. a false one and Christ is just a derivative of the Hebrew word Moshiach which means anointed deliverer. The anti Christ will be a person who convinces the Jews that he is their Messiah, but will then lead them away from the true messiah to eternal damnation

  • @apologeticsman Ezekiel 37:26-28

and then it is show details of the temple in chapters 40-48

  • @apologeticsman And another note on G-d sacrificing his own son.

THIS GOES AGAINST HIS VERY OWN LAW.

Deuteronomy 18:10 "Their shall not be found among you anyone passes his son or daughter through fire, a soothsayer, a diviner of [auspicious] times, one who interprets omens or a sorcerer.

  • You sure did bring the 'word of god' to the world...but of the wrong god...

Jews don't proselytize so we don't care that you do it

"you don't hear about Jewish anti-missionaries speaking out against Hinudism" are you serious? HINDUS DON'T TRY TO CONVERT US, ANTI-MISSIONARY: someone who works AGAINST MISSIONARIES NOT RELIGIONS

Be honest, do you really think about what you're gonna say in your vids before you post them? You're better at making straw men then making sense

  • Just try and convert me and see what happens. You are a antisemite Leave us alone. Leave everyone alone. Let people make up their own minds. Christianity is a religion of forcing your ideas down peoples throats. You have killed and murdered millions because of your Christian religion.

  • No Christian has ever killed in the name of religion, so whoever you are referring to is not a Christian. I can't convert you or anyone else, but Jesus can change even the most hard hearted and angry person there is. I will pray for your salvation. BTW, I force nothing on anyone, you are free to choose eternal hell, if that is what you desire.

  • with all respect,an empty tomb prooves nothing,it just prooves a tomb is emtpy, hardly a messianic sign, please dont start with the, the son of man in the belly of the the earth for three days and three nights things.because ur scripture says different.

  • well, an empty tomb alone may not prove much, but when you add the fact that the tomb of Jesus was being guarded by 50 Roman soldiers, it sure makes things interesting! Can you imagine 12 Jewish fishermen and other menial laborers trying to attack 50 hardened Roman soldiers? Remember of course that if the soldiers failed at their task, they and their families would be killed. No, the Jewish explanation for the empty tomb is what needs adjustment, not the empty tomb story itself.

  • You have brought death and destruction, all in the name of a a dead nazarite./golfclap.

  • Sorry, did you say golf clap? Anyway, no, I have brought no death or destruction. He who has the son, has life. Wherever Jesus rules, love, compassion, repentance and fear of The Lord exist in abundance. You have probably never met a true follower of almighty God in human form, or as we call Him, Jesus. PS Jesus is very much alive, if you don't believe me, go see the empty tomb.

  • Don't you realize that if there wasn't Judaism then there would never have been a JEWISH man named Jesus that has brought billions of people to monotheism? Without the influence of Judaism then Muhhamad wouldn't have brought billions of people to monotheism via Islam. Jewish people are fullfillling their mission of being a light unto the nation and perfecting the world(tikkun olam).

  • I do realize that, but what you should also understand is that without Jesus, there would probably be no Jews and definitely be no knowledge of God in the world. Tikkun Olam is now as we speak being accomplished by Jesus, by bringing knowledge of YHVH to the Olam and by changing the evil in the hearts of men into love for God and for man.

  • I still dont think you are giving Jews enough credit for their role in bringing BILLIONS of people to monotheism. Also, I get the impression you don't know many Jews or at least not many religious Jews. I would be deeply saddened if my children were to practice ANY faith other than Judaism. Satanism would def upset me the most but Christianity would bother me more than Islam because I don't believe Christianity is truly monotheistic.

  • Jewish people are not fulfilling any mission. Their religion is dead, and by dead I mean completely ineffectual. We know more about how not to be by watching Jews and by reading God's word than we know about the right way. If it were not for Jesus, there would be no Jews, and nobody in the world would know anything about YHVH almighty God. That is a fact.

  • Jesus was a JEW so therefore w/o JUDAISM

& JEWS there would be no Christianity. If you believe Jesus has made a significant impact in the world then you believe a JEW has made an impact in the world. Jesus has NOTHING to do with the survival of Judaism. I know G-d is ONE, not three. Just like the Israelites who worshiped the golden calf were guilty of idolatry, so are those who worship G-d in other forms i.e Man/Jesus

  • what you are missing is that modern Judaism came after Jesus ascended to heaven, so your assertion is invalid. The religion we see practiced in the Bible and the Judaism we see now are very different entities. The religion of Jews today has none of the original ritualistic qualities, especially those having to do with forgiveness of sins. They have no temple, no priests, no sacrifices and no prophet has spoken God's will since shortly before Jesus came. God ended Judaism, but they don't see it

  • I know Judaism adapted to the loss of the temple but that does mean it is dead. G-d forgives me every Yom Kippur. Besides, why does change mean Judaism is dead?Christianity has changed, does that mean Christianity is dead? Obviously I think your claim Jesus ended Judaism is wrong because I know what is says in Deuteronomy. Any man that tries to change G-ds covenant with his people is a false prophet. I also know to worship a man is idolatry.

  • Yom Kippur is supposed to be enacted with sacrifices, no sacrifices, no day of atonement. Jesus said something once that you should take to heart, and it is not a "Christian" saying, it is truth. He said we should not hide our light under a bushel, and what that means is that a light that is hidden is useless. Jews may think of themselves as a light of sorts, but if your light is hidden, it is useless and has no effect on the world.

  • Although a small minority, jews have overcome thousands of years of persecution yet we continue to make a huge impact in the world. We arent trapped in the ghetto anymore because of anti-Semitism from Christians and Muslims. There are Jews that encourage the laws of Noah(including myself) and conversion. You are mistaken when you say Jews hide their light. By following the mitzvot and leading a good life, others can learn from my example and also become close with G-d.

  • sorry, but no Christian has ever persecuted a Jew, murdered a Jew or hated a Jew. If someone claims to be a Christian, yet hates their Jewish brothers, they are a liar, and the truth is not in them. I know full well of the plight of the Jews, but I also know full well that the holocaust, as well as all of the other enslavements & persecutions of the Jews would not have happened, if they had been doing the will of God. God is a jealous God, and he demands all or nothing. Thank God there is Jesus

  • 1. To say any Christian that has ever persecuted a Jew isn't a Christian is a complete and total cop out

    2. You are truly sick if you honestly believe the Jewish people brought on the holocaust themselves. Did the other victims of Hitler such as the mentally and physically disable bring it on themselves too?

  • No, not sick, just a student of God's word and His promises. God holds Jews to a far higher standard than the rest of the world, because He gave them His word and His truth, and they were supposed to be a light to the world. To date, no person practicing Judaism has ever shown me any truth that was life changing or that brought me closer to God, while Jesus and those who follow Him have shown me God and His word and His love. God is not playing when it comes to eternity...

  • You can deny it all you want but you are anti-Semitic

  • The fact that God made no official decree through a prophet that the temple and all of it's components would be obliterated indicates that Jesus and His replacing the temple is the only viable option we have as a reason for the destruction of the temple and most of the rituals in the Biblical religion. Since Jesus is both human and God, He has the authority to change the covenant, and since Jeremiah tells us the New covenant (the eternal one) will not be like the old, only Jesus makes sense

  • Your claims are ridiculous and offensive. You are not Jewish and do not practice Judaism so who are you to judge and make the bold accusation that Judaism(the religion of YOUR messiah) is ineffectual? You clearly are so biased by Christianity you are unable to actually understand Judaism and that the Jewish people are to be a light unto the world.

  • The Jewish people are the light of the world? Get real! If Jesus had not come, and had not sent missionaries into the world who translated God's word into my language, I NEVER would have known about Jews at all. There is no Jewish evangelism, no missionaries no way for their faith to spread, and even if there could be, THEY DON'T WANT TO! It is dead, because if it were alive, it would seek to spread itself and to teach the world of the Lord. Only Jesus has accomplished this.

  • Once again your Christian bias is showing. Jews aren't the only people will a place in the world to come. Christians, Muslims and noahides are righteous gentiles and will have a place in the world to come as well. There is no need for me to convert them since they are already living good and moral lives. In fact, I think it would do more harm than good to go out and try to weaken the religious beliefs of gentiles so that they might unnecessarily convert to Judaism.

  • I am more than happy to share my faith with gentiles but I do not believe they have to convert in order to be saved. I try to convince my secular friends (both jewish and not jewish) of the importance of having G-d in ones life. If anyone wants to convert to Judaism (including you) I would be more than happy to assist them in their journey. Please stop judging jews by Christian beliefs and standards. We dont believe people of other faiths are going to hell, like Christians do.

  • There are none who are truly righteous in the presence of a holy God. In Ezekiel, a "righteous" man who commits one unrighteous act has all of his "righteousness" forgotten. We can do righteous acts, but God looks deeper than simple acts, He looks as the thoughts and intents of the heart, & that is where we all fail in reference to righteousness. Outwardly righteous people are like white washed tombs, having the appearance of holiness, without depth. Only Jesus can provide true righteousness

  • We both agree that because of Jesus alot of people are monotheists. Why do you continue to deny that Jesus was JEWISH though so therefore a JEW is respoinsible for bringing billion of people to monotheism? Christians do a lot of missionary work but if there was never a JEWISH MAN named Jesus then you would be a pagan. You have Judaism to thank for your faith.

  • It's certainly not OK for jews to accept hinduism. It is simply more difficult to debate with buddhists since they don't even accept the bible. You can disprove christianity using the bible.

  • we love that gentiles become christians. but counter missionary work is only for stopping the conversion of jews

  • and this is sad and sinful since Jesus came to the Jews first, and not to the gentiles.

  • but we dont consider jesus to be the messiah. jesus came first to the jews because he was a jew. not wanting jews to join an alien religion is not sinful

  • The Love that God has towards his people was expressed fully at the Cross, for whilst the soldiers were driving nail spikes into his flesh he cried out "Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do".

Some so-called Christians might have hated the Jews through out history, but don't blame Christ for the crimes of so-called Christians who out of their fear and ignorance harmed others.

Jesus may have rebuked some of the jews of his day, but Yahweh said worse to them in the O.T.

  • Where is the love in the story of Noah! G-d wiped out the majority of the earths population. Perhaps G-d is concerned more with justice than with love? Your reading of Hebrew scriptures is colored by your Christian faith!

  • yeah, but you are forgetting one thing, God gave the people of the earth over 100 years to hear the truth from Noah, and they chose to ignore him. God is slow to anger and His love is toward all He has made.

  • When Jesus was executed Israel was still under Roman rule. If Jesus had been the Messiah as some claimed this would not have been the case. There have been many false Messiahs and Jesus is on that list! The Christian Bible is antijewish in the extent that it can be viewed as replacement theology. It is not antisemitic!

  • well, show me that in the Hebrew scriptures? I see a Messiah that was assigned a grave with malefactors in Isaiah, and in Daniel, one who was cut off, but not for Himself. Ask yourself how any messiah could do what they say their messiah will do, unless He provides atonement and forgiveness first, then comes to rule after all have had a chance to receive His salvation? If the Messiah came as Jews believe He should have, He would have simply destroyed 99% of the world.. where's the love in that?

  • The jewish messiah does not kill 99% of the world. Where are you getting this?

  • Nothing Jesus ever did or said could be construed as a license to hate or murder anyone, especially the Jews. Maybe you should actually read the New testament? People who wantonly and purposefully murder are not and can not be Christians, so those people you mentioned don't qualify, sorry

  • First, your hate shows your ignorance, and that is why I leave your comments up. Secondly, this "pagan" prolly knows more about the Bible than you ever will, not saying that this is a large statement, since neither of us knows a lot about it. Finally, the word Torah means instruction or teaching, thus ANYTHING God tells us or orders us to do is Torah, including His commandments he made as Jesus Christ. The name Jesus comes from a Hebrew name Yhuah, which means YHVH saves, and so He does! Amen!

  • I meant also from a Jewish and even a Talmudic perspective as well. According to one Talmudic Rabbi, the time of the Messiah has come and gone, and since he refused to believe Jesus was the Messiah, he died believing that there was no hope for Israel. If Jesus is not the Messiah, then the entire world of people who love and trust the God of Abraham, are doing so to their own eternal detriment, because the way they got that message was through Jesus.

  • Yeah, that's the line the rabbis give them, but it is as ridiculous as saying one can't be Jewish & believe in the Messiah. The enmity between Jews & Jesus is ancient, and it is obvious to those of us on the outside that it is scripture fulfilling itself. In Isaiah 53, the Bible speaks of the Messiah Jesus when it says "He is despised and rejected of men" and that is more true of Jesus than any other figure in history, ancient or otherwise. There is too much at stake for Jesus not to be Messiah

  • God never broke His covenant with the Jewish people.

Anti-missionaries are not against Christianity per-se, but against the conversion of Jews to Christianity by stealth. "Jews for Jesus" are the largest group posing such a threat; Mormons, JWs and most Protestants who proselytize are open about their intentions, but one can't be Jewish and believe in Jesus.

By actively accepting Jesus (or any other person or deity) a Jew has ignored Deuteronomy 6:4 and essentially abandoned Judaism.

  • PS The Messiah was also to teach the world the Shema, as it states in Isaiah 66:19, and that is exactly what Jesus teaches us, in various ways, including Mark 12:29 when He states that the greatest commandment is "Hear oh Israel, the Lord your God is one Lord...." Jesus fulfilled the prophesy of Isaiah yet again, and now, everywhere there is a Bible, and everywhere Jesus is taught, the world knows that Israel's God is one (echad) Lord.
