@jneil2007 I'm as big a Beatles fan as there is and I find it hard to disagree....I'll say Zeppelin is the greatest pure rock band without a doubt...to me the Beatles were their own genre as they dabbled in everything...if it weren't for the Beatles who knows if Zeppelin would have been as they did pave the way for all the great British bands...undoubtedly the two most influential bands ever

@rstew1971 I don't think Zep was really influenced by the Beatles. I think they mostly listened to Blues and Classical.
