so i tried to install the gba emulator on my itouch through cydia, but it's not letting me. i know it requires a file called the gba BIOS file and i tried to install it but for some reason it just keeps saying error. and if i try to open the gba icon on my itouch home screen, it just directs me to a website on safari that doesn't have anything on it...

Actually if you jailbreak your iPhone/iTouch, it will still be illegal after you restore it. Its kinda like on your computer. If you delete something, it'll leave an imprint on your computer. This is more for police for investigations so that they can see what someone has done. This has the same effect on the iPod touch. This means that if you break it, and send it to Apple, they can find it.
