in chiangmai thai language is different to bangkok all the thai that ya get on cassette is bangkok thai thailand has northern direlect wich is totaly diffterent to bangkok and isaan has different direlect and eastern has different too chiang mai and chiang rai are not the same thai that is on cassette and cd i live in village called doi tao
