alright, a little constructive criticism.

the lack of the muzzleflash is a big problem.

the lack of blood

and how you shot the gun, if you have ever shot a real gun with a scope you know you dont put your eye right on the scope., or you'll bust your eye up.

and, the trailer could of used more. But for a quicky its alright.

cheers, I got my guns from a toy shop, they are plastic replicas, and no you cannot have them :P I noticed your from the uk, in sure there's toyshops where you can get plastic guns from :). The sound effects are songs, this particular backing was by immediate music :) they have lots of good stuff. The effects were off Internet sites :) and I use Sony Vegas :)

Its a plastic gun, got it from the royal show a few years back, we can't get airsoft guns or whatever in Australia so I got plastic ones :) I am currently making some wooden ones though. :)

Also, your "omg i can punch!" sounds are frankly unconvincing. Maybe a good strategy would be fill a burlap bag with cloth and a little celery for crunch, plus other stuff you think might sound good, and hit it with a wood baseball bat for a sound effect. than overdub the sound effect to muted video. make sure to get a clean recording and use a good mike. Don't bother looking at my videos for help, they're old and crappy. just send a message if you have questions about anything else.

ah yes, and looking at the video again, for the sniper shot, if someone off camera has a fairly large piece of cardboard they can quickly swing at the front of the rifle when it fires to make the grass move, it looks more professional and more intense. if you look at 24, when jack is sniping dust clouds rise in front of the gun.

The closeup through the grass looked very amateur cuz of the grass in the way of the shot. Just zoom in. More plot maybe? Rather than some "badass" 'ima gonna shot you' thing. Anyone can choreograph a fight scene to "epic" music. Try a clever gimmick, like 24, or Memento. Make it something fresh and new that really makes the viewer go "Woah!"

Witty and clever dialogue and very distinct characters help too. just some input...

i think the acting was totaly unreal, not to be rude, but i tought so. Your punsh was way to slow to be taken seriusly even if it would lookmlike slowmotion, your face tells that your trying to be a cold blooded person but ur not..

ok thanks for all the tips and stuff, but it wasnt meant to be a dead serious sort of thing, and you couldn't see the actors face in the punch etc, only in the events leading up to it. the punch wasn't that slow either, but thanks anyway and i will try to improve :D
