You need a small riser, something that lifts it up from the bulb a bit. Then poke holes in it to let out the excess heat. I've used pop cans(thin aluminum) cut to shape and then just added more holes till it worked to my satisfaction. Good work so far :)

@B92JOHNSON Hey thanks. That's a good idea. I just don't want it to be too tall, that is the only thing. I will try it though.
