not a tornado. its a wall cloud. i was watching a thinig and experts say that most people mistaken wall clouds for tornadoes because wall clouds can extend to about just a couple hundred feet off the ground. plus its not a solid nor is it a clean shape.
If it is a tornado on the ground it would be a wedge tornado about a half mile wide or more but it kind of looks like a downdraft. It looks weird and I am not 100% sure what it is...Nice video though

When I was a child, a tornado hit Davy and took out a gas station. Tornados are almost unheard of in WV, but it happened, and I never forgot that.
