  • very nice and clean fight! thank you for the video

  • Singh won the Rise 85 HW tourney last night.

  • LOL chicken dance Sergey

  • Nice performance by Jaideep

  • That last right hook hit Kharitonov in the back of the head and really uggly by Jaideep..Kharitonov showed once again great chin talking that right knee-hook counter and still standing up..

  • sergey sure knows how to boogie!, he got some funky dance moves!. Jaideep looks good, could be a future contender> Lets hope we see him next year!.

  • Yay for Singh Jaideep representing India :) Hope he makes it in 2011. He needs to work on his punching power though.

  • Singh Jaideep couldn't punch his way out of a wet paper bag and knocked Kharitonov out omg

  • @ThomussTarbuck bloody idiot

  • @muaythairaja Why am I? Jaideep is infamous for having no power in his hands

  • hulk hogan raped me

  • the announcers with that british accent is blatantly biased against Jaideep. First he says that he's got no power and when he beats kharitonov, it's embarrasing for Kharitonov and gives no credit to Jaideep for beating him

  • @sdeevooo Well, I hate that screaming bitch of a commentator too, but nobody can deny Kharitonov has a better and especially bigger record than Jaideep. He had the better cards, and I was expecting he'd win. Jaideep has the style needed to be succesfull, but it's all just slightly 'not there', in every aspect. Jaideep really had to circle and hope for the best with his lowkicks, because if he stood his ground and boxed it out, he'd have been dropped pretty soon.

  • @Blahb27 why should jaideep "box it out"? Its kickboxing you low iq retard.

  • @muaythairaja I pointed out that if Jaideep didn't circle and tried to box it out toe to toe, he'd have lost. The implicit point behind it was that a really good fighter has the skill and conditioning needed to fight it out like that if need be, and therefore it's an example of why Jaideep can't be considered a top fighter, not yet anyway.

  • @Blahb27 What you still cant comprehend is that in kickboxing, circling is an art and Jaideep beat Sergey fair and square, perhaps you're suggesting that sergey is not a top fighter?

  • @Blahb27 This is beyond mentally retarded. So basically you are saying that Mayweather is nowhere a top fighter? He is a great boxer, but would get demolished standing in the pocket trying to go toe to toe with Miguel Cotto. You dont know what the fuck u r talking about. Fighting is about winning in however you can by applying what ever skillset works best for you.

  • @Blahb27 How the fuck does Kharitonov have a better record? He was 1-1 before this fight with Jaideep. Jaiddepp was 13-4. What shit are you smoking man?

  • @taekwon3000 Except you're only looking at Kharitonov's record for the Japanese K1. Kharitonov has a rather big MMA record, and has been in regular boxing too. He's signed with Golden Glory.

Singh on the other hand is just some overhyped Japanese dude, who is succesfull because Japan doesn't produce many good heavyweights, and they taught him a thing or two about the Dutch method for kickboxing. Look at his record, a bunch of nobodies. Teixeira won easy. Saki bossed him around.

  • @Blahb27 Uhh in case u didnt noticed, Singh is Indian not Japanese. N MMA has nothing to do with K-1. Different sports. Boxing n K-1 correlate but not MMA. Couture was in MMA for a long time, that does not mean anything if he fought in K-1. So that is irrelavant. As for Boxing, Sergie does not have a Pro Boxing record. He was however a very solid amature. But that should tell you then why Singh did not want to box with him. He psych Sergie out with the knee because he fought smart, not dumb.

  • @taekwon3000 He may have been born in India, but Jaideep lives and works in Japan, has been there from a very young age and speaks fluently.

  • @sdeevooo Yeah, agreed. I think he just wanted Kharitonov to win.

  • @psychicriver The power is there...It will get better with experience & practice! He needs to work on his accuracy and his finishing...which will come in time with practice and good coaching...Great potential with this guy.

  • the announcer is a bit of a douche. kharitonov is known for having a good chin, and its not like this is Jaideeps first KO (not his first with his fists either dude is 6'6 and a world class kickboxer of course he's got power in his hands).

  • Fuck Kharitonov !!!

  • Comment removed

  • lmao at the dumbass commentators..."he has no power in his hands"...hes a k1 fighter...hes 6'5 dude has great movement and quick kicks.

  • stupid thing from comentator to disrespect Jaideeps hands , i think he would ko him with one punch.

  • I was very impressed with Kharitonov's performance against Arlovski at the Strikeforce HW Tournament last night, but this fight proves again that everybody can be beaten if he gets caught - nobody is invincible. Good luck to Kharitonov anyways, he is a great fighter and has lots of experience in boxing as well as submission fighting. He might take it, I expect him to advance to the finals because he'll beat either Barnett or Rogers.

  • @chillm0de Much agreed. He has a win over the Reem at 205, but its a whole new game at heavyweight. my prediction is : Rogers> Barnett (lucky punches probably), Overeem> Werdum (close fight), Kharitonov > Rogers, Big Foot> Overeem, And Kharitonov takes the cake. And Zuffa takes all of em lol. But I aint miss Cleo.

  • @chillm0de There is a difference between kickboxing and MMA - Sergei is an MMA fighter, not a kickboxer

  • @chillm0de Not to mention what a completely different sport this is. I think Kharitonov's focus has mainly been MMA as of late. His timing and distance is better for MMA too. You can see he wants to stay in the pocket, but once in he can't shoot and Jaideep circles out and counters. Let's hope Sergey goes to the final in the Strikeforce GP anyway! :)

  • Respect to both fighters.

  • En yes in mma You have more options.

Yes you can take the fight to the ground.

and yes it looks more like a real fight

But its still is a Sport in real life you won,t let Your oponnent tap You would

Choke the life out of him In real Life when you Put on a Joint lock ,You break the bone you are putting the lock on . in real Life You would use everything as a weapon a key a pencel a Piece of wood a Knife what ever

  • @raole22 COOL STORY

  • @Devon187

    thanks

  • I'd love to see:

    Jaideep vs. Hari

    Kharitonov vs. Le Banner

  • wow.. this is the first i'm seeing of King 'Heart' Jaideep! he needs work, but has potential

  • I dont think its to bad ,he just got caught slipping /Sergei vs Arlovski in the GP

    should be dope

  • русские не сдаются!

  • @1111ilya no indeici pobezhdajut.

  • Did not expect that

Dont wanna Hate on Sing jaideep ,nice new Fighter technical to

But damnn kharitonov has beaten guys like allistiar did not expect him to go down against sing jaideep

  • @raole22 he's beaten em in MMA but K-1 is totally diff. Badar Hari defeated AO in K-1 you think he can go more than 5 minutes in MMA againt AO. Sergie as MMA fighter is wayy better than Sergie as K-1 fighter. K-1 is all striking no other options bt MMA is close to real fighting n you have many options to defeat your opponent n normally you double leg you opponent when rocked.

  • @ChinaManNoSpeakEnlis

you don,t have to Explaine to me what mma is.

i know its a different game compared to Muay thai Or kickboxing

i was just suprised the way jaideed was dominating this fight

Sergey May have beaten allistair in a mma match

But i might as wel bin a k1 match, Cus he won it win punches

not with a Submission Not with a joint lock . no just with simple and plain punches.

I dont see him doing the same thing now . with the Current shape allistair is in now

  • Sergey was fighting like dumb ars . But his intros are so tuff .

  • sergey has really taken a turn for the worse

  • That was unlucky, Kharitonov getting caught like that. It definately looked like he was beating Jaideep that far, provided he could block those lowkicks a but more.

  • Does anyone know jaideeps intro song???

  • 3:55 i pull that dance move of at the nightclubs. ladies luv it!

  • @redblazerpea Bet u wont get none lol

  • Comment removed

  • Singh "Heart" Jaideep

    the new generation for k-1

to young and really good for his start fights.

careful hari and alistair ;) never sub-estimate the new comers

  • Sergey, I love ya buddy but that was embarrassing losing to that guy. I hope you can get back into shape and make a comeback!

  • @reinhammer1 how the fk is it embarassing losing to jaideep.

  • lucky punch

  • yeah jaideep is a good fighter but i dont think hes ready to take it to the big boys just yet.i reckon 2012 he will dominate.hes got reach, height and speed!

  • Much respect for the motherland, but I really hope I don't look like Jaideep when I fight

  • Commentator needs to show some respect.

  • jaideep is one of the best fighters in asia....his movements and defence inside the ring was excellent.....his kicks and knees was very strong for sergei

  • @anupq1 that's what I thought

  • Anyone know if Strikeforce has assigned Sergei an opponent for his first fight with this organization? If so, who is it?

  • @sonofderno, Strikeforce is planning a HW Grand Prix. Sergey's rumored opponent is Werdum.

  • @Raginmonky now its arlovski

  • Sergey shouldn't be fighting in K-1!

    He is a PRIDE fighter.

Should fight Alistair by Strikeforce rule on 12/31/2010.

  • Massive knockout.

  • Sergei has not looked good lately. Maybe he's out of his element in kickboxing. Maybe the Emelianenko brothers' criticism of his lack of training comes into play. Makes me wonder how he will perform in Strikeforce when he returns to MMA competition. At one time I was hoping to see how the trilogy against Alistair Overeem would play out, but I wouldn't want to see this happen now.

  • lol Schiavello: "Jaideep has good leg kicks and high knees...no power really in his hands" commence Kharitonov doing the fish dance and then the chicken dance from Jaideep's "weak hands"

  • i don't know if anyone has seen the first overeem/kharitonov fight, but kharitonov took a lot of knees to the face while he was on the ground and got up just fine even after the ref stopped it. his chin must be completely gone now

  • kharitanov's jaw must be made of complete glass.

  • Im friggin shocked, good perform jidiiip

  • Sergei is just fucking up his chin in K1. He needs to stick to MMA right now.

  • Respect to Jaideep, but if there were no referee breaking them once they get in clinch(as Kharitonov has outstanding clinch, he beat Ubereem with it) I don't see Jaideep standing a chance, let alone in MMA match.

But, it woulda coulda shoulda, hope to see them some time in future again.

  • lucky

  • that knee never touched Sergei, it was just Jaideep's hands....

  • sergei got slumdogged.....

  • omgh where did old segei kharitonov went?he is terrible

  • good job jaiddep

  • WAR JAIDEEP...........WHOLE INDIA IS PROUD OF YOU....

fuck you janisari35 wherever you are.

  • :(.
