I see the guy in the video is crying his heart out but what about the victim when they cried out telling him to stop what did he do? I'm for the death penalty but only in killing or rape cases with fair trials and proof of guilt Because I don't what a Texas with 467 executions most convicted on bad shady forensics but I do NOT want a Michigan were killings are much more gruesome and heinous because murderers can murder knowing they will still live.

Who is really punished when the death penalty is imposed?
We are all going to die, nobody has and nobody will live forever.
The quality of our life, be it long or short, is what counts.
Life behind bars, to me is worse, than a quick end.
Who suffers AFTER the death penalty has been carried out? The mother, father. brothers, sisters, children & grandchildren. More innocent people, often children, suffer is that morally correct?

They obviously haven't felt it because they haven't experienced it, I'd rather not experience lethal injection cause you'll be having a lot of pain, not physically, but mentally and emotionally, good job my country doesn't allow lethal injection or other executions like that in the law, that'll be down right sick cause if they think they have the right to execute, it's like an act of murder...

@bishop51807 I can see your point. However, the only reason why the guy is crying his heart out is because he's INNOCENT. If he was truly guilty for a crime he wouldn't be crying like that because he would have known his punishment beforehand. And that's what death penalty has to offer, killing innocents. There were six people who were convicted of murder that were proven innocent since Canada abolished death penalty. If there was still death penalty they would have been killed.

It's easy to say that the Death penalty goes against human decency but think about it... What if one of your parents or siblings or perhaps your best friend was murdered by a criminal. If that person were caught your opinion could easily change.
Also, this video isn't totally accurate, the first of the three injections knocks you out, it's the same drug doctors use for surgery. The second drug is given a minute (I believe) after the first and stops your breathing, and a minute after that the
