where they are at 0:17 the triangle in the bridge, is where you crouch and walk towards the opposite side of the bridge whilst tilting the stick slightly to the right, you'll walk forward and out, after your in the triangle there is no need to crouch anymore as you'll be stuck in the crouch position until you exit the triangle, which is what you want to do, then you jump onto a discolored spot on the ground under the bridge (not DIRECTLY under), you then continue to do the 2nd part of the jump

i got a huge long jump in headlong. i did the banshee rocket launcher trick to get to a building, then my 2 friends where at a far off place, and i did a long jump staite to them it i think it was way past the barrer, at the invis ladder
