It's just called a clicker. When they get used to "click" meaning "treat", then "click" replaces the treat and they know they did something good! Plus, by clicking EXACTLY when they do what you wanted them to do, they know exactly what they did that was good! Once they get used to it, it's really an awesome way to get them to learn new things! =)
