As long as the insurance purchased in the exchanges is reasonable, the insurance compaines are not getting over taxed by the government making the insurance higher, and we are not forced by the government to buy insurance that is overpriced. Why does this bill provide for 16,000 more I.R.S. agents to collect fines from businesses and individuals?

Last I checked, Obama ran on healthcare reform, and, as a Democrat, it was generally assumed that we would see single payer, or at least a public option if he was elected. As long as the insurance purchased in the exchanges is reasonable, the insurance compaines are not getting over taxed by the government making the insurance higher, and we are not forced by the government to buy insurance that is overpriced. Why does this bill provide for 16,000 more I.R.S. agents to collect fines from businesses and individuals?

Last I checked, Obama ran on healthcare reform, and, as a Democrat, it was generally assumed that we would see single payer, or at least a public option if he was elected. The American people responded by giving the Democrats a supermajority. What happened? Simply put, the Republicans lack hearts and brains, but the Democrats lack spine and will. Optional end of life counseling was dropped because Sarah Palin called it a death panel. The Democrats have rolled over and shown poor leadership.

Obama spoke with Repubs at their meeting in Baltimore at the end of January-you should have watched because much of what you have said has been dealt with.
