At currently 50.000$ for 1kg of Gold, 6800kg Gold would cost $340million - thats nearly matching the complete A380 listprice.

@shresht123 I was using metric tonnes, 6,8t=6800kg. But even using american (907kg) or british tonnes (1016kg) you will get way to high values.
