This bill would shut down channels such as this channel, Rooster teeth, machinma and many other gaming channels, all over the internet. Please research more information about this bill because I can't type it all out. Bill 978 is just trying to include extra laws into others. i.e- Bill 978 is an amendment to section 2319 of title 18 of the United States code. Guess what title 2319 already says? Then all they have to do is sit on their asses while the artists make material for them to sell. Of course I'm exaggerating a little, but meh.
