Of course, later I boosted my 328 and ran mid 9s for less than $4000, Back in 1999! Reliably! Active's cars are a joke to true street racers. One problem... look at the wheel base (are those 15/16's?) and look at the car height and car width, it's so obvious in this vid, u'd have to be blinded either in sight, bias opinion, lack of intellect or all of the above not to notice a fundamental flaw with this car having a 1000BHP. It's a recipe for a german sausage roll if ever I've seen one or maybe the owner just likes motorways and riding on rails. Not good, this car isn't meant to have a 1000BHP and for good reason.

I would have preferred a more drivable 400-600 hp range with earlier but less sudden boost.

actually the pipe underneath is the externally vented wastegate exhaust that expels excess exhaust gas while the wastegate is trying to keep the boost at the set level. In most factory turbo cars or smaller turbos have an internal wastegate that vents back into the main exhaust, but this car has too much horsepower for that. sweet.

Its a cut out exhaust. You have a switch inside the cabin to have basically a straight pipe for racing, then you can switch it back for the st. A flange directs the exhaust either through a muffler or straight out of the car. look up cut out exhaust. Some Masaratis have them stock!

Its most likely measuring RWHP.. which usally loses 17% of the total output from the flywheel to the axle. That figure is usually placed on the screens when doing dyno's.
