good job. its easy on that cat you have room. try doing it an a v12 jag. thats a c***. do the valves aging just for fun. no pressure in the radiator is bad when hot. did you use premix coolant? did you change the thermostat?
it runs under pressure now, I used Tecaloy premix coolant and the thermo is no more than 12 months old. prolly only a few thousand k's on it since I work local.
any reccomendations on coolant brand?, it would be nice to flush it now the installs done and running.
The t'stat is one of the new stainless ones and should be okay for a while. I never ran it dry, just till the level sensor in the resivor sent a warning message.
i once drove 8 hours with a cracked radiater side pannel, lol it was fly or die bro,i use to be a wallmart maintents man
they would send me in to fix things the employees couldnt that aint saying much the qulifications for working at wallmart consist of being able to breath and i think thats it,lol any way they sent me up to 12 hours away some times it was the coolest job ever,to bad my boss was a fkn babylonian bitch
I can imagine working for wall mart, we have our own share of import-crap distributors over here and most of them won't let you breathe without telling you to do so!

i use Nulon coolant concentrate. if it were my car i would do the t/stat and maybe the water pump depending on the km.
