the diamond back is way better then the mongoose it is very light. but it isnt very durable. my haro is around 29Lbs and is durable as hell. im 6'1 185Lbs and ive ramped 8 sets of stairs without harming the bike at all. but the diamond back is good if you weight between 100-150

i dont know about the viper, but i got an '05 venom and its the best bike ive had. diamonback is, i think, one of the best bmx companies other than eastern... and agsghost is right, mongoose is the worst brand to get, go with the diamondback-- theyre inexpensive too.
