A lot of people hate Sardos. The guy is getting banned off the planet periodically now. Now he is SardonicSkeptic5. Big effort on his part, but it looks like the days of the ownedge are soon to finish if no one fixes the flagging issue.
My thoughts are no one will fix the flag. Google is loosing Tons of cash through lawsuits because their fair use policy is too lax and they can't keep copyright stuff off of their site. Its in their best interest to actually facilitate flagging.
