unreal. I just got into 3 cushion billiards after seeing it on TV the other week. Shame it isn't more popular in the States/Canada. Amazing shot at 4:25.

on TV??? where? i think this is the most undertelevized sport in the world (obviously). spots on the balls plus hi-def = far more interesting game than pool for viewers.
the shot was an accident, by the way. :) on reviewing it on video, i think that 3rd cushion was "there," but my opponent didn't see it that way at the time, and that's why he took it from there. glad you enjoy the videos; be sure to check out my others. tried to edit them down so you wouldn't waste time. enjoy.

Well I'm in Canada on last week on ESPN Classics Canada they had a 3 cushion billiards challenge match. Two of them actually. The first was Sami Sayginer (grandmaster) vs I forget and the second was Sami against Mike Massey.
A few months ago TSN (our version of ESPN) aired footage of a tournament from ... I wanna say Taipei but I might be wrong. It was an event in Asia for sure though.
It's a fascinating sport that I want to learn but I can't even imagine where I'd find a table around here.

Thanks, man; the guy in brown beats me like Neil Peart beats drums, though... or were you already talking about the guy in brown? :) You ever get to play this game? You might check out Byrne's Standard Book of Pool and Billiards if you haven't already; that's what had me trying to play billiards on a pool table.
