Even the most extreme impact of foreign terrorism on the US (assuming the legitimacy of dozens of so-called 'plots' that have CIA/NSA/FBI/ONI et al provocateur-control fingerprints) are less than 1/10 of one percent the destruction & social damage caused by US blackops & paramilitary intrigues over 50+ yrs. US funded & supported brutal Afghan Narco-Warlords, ie Hekmatyar, Zardad & Muhibi in the 'fight' against USSR influence, causing terrible injustices, sectarian conflict & religious extremism.
You can see Mr Prince is an introverted kind of guy and hates doing this kind of Q and A stuff by the pencil fiddling he is doing. The real issue here is why the US is subcontracting military duties. I don't think the name Blackwater does him any favours.
They omit the cost of infrastructure in stating the cost of a military personnel. As with police officers the costs for the equip and other items is often much more than the salary, of the cost for BW personell all of that would be included.
He's still using those rules to be an ass. Intentionally making allegations in such a manner as to prevent a response from being made. Yet he has and does allow the rules to be bent for people that are on his train of thought.
Waxman allows for a 40 sec. extension so that his fellow democrat can spew allegations. However, does not allow BW to defended or addressed those allegations. Instead Waxman chooses to take his ball and leave. They are attempting to vilify BW, but are doing nothing more than highlighting their own immaturity with power. The whole hearing is nothing more that the Democratic party attacking a company, who's CEO has republican affiliation. It has nothing to do with lives or money. Just politics!

It seems to me that members of Congress should be Q&A'ing themselves, since they are the ones appropriating the funds.

he has to enforce rules. You want "prick" watch Sensenbrenner standing up, leaving the room and turning off the microphones and the lights ;)
