As an officer if someone came at me like that they would of either met my asp baton or oc spray. The suspect took a combative stance and began waving his hands at me. I was afraid for my safety and was concerned that I would be injured. The suspect appeared to be very hostile in nature and for my own saftey I issued a series of strikes with my department issued asp baton to the suspects lower leg extremities preventing him from striking me.
