  • you rule Vonhasselbach. Hope your illness is going alright.

  • what amazes me about ,you tube, is the endless stream of "no talents" who think that their musical contribution might in some way enhance someones life. thats a lie. it might enhance the life of the sender, but it only depresses mine. stop the noise. go back to school. give up the guitar!

  • that was good man. do you think there could be a second layer with a guitar on the open tuning or is it a different key?

  • This guy doesn't want us to see how to play it for some reason.

  • Click on video responses.

  • It took a few replays to get this down. Thanks. Just have the camera straight on your left hand to see the fingering. Much easier to pick up.

  • This video was a great help. Keep them coming.

  • This is one of my all time favorite song.. probably in the top 5... and this is an awesome rendition! thanks!

  • Wow man you can play it with standard tuning...well done...but like my friend below asked, can you show the fingering? Cheers! :)

  • hi. i hate to sound like this but do you have the exact tab of how you played this? i sorta want to see where i put my fingers and stuff.

iam one of those players that doesn't read word tabs too well and i can't exactly see the fingering too well in the video as well. sorry. i still give you a 5 star rating though.

  • Sorry, there is no tab. I have no idea how to make one, either. I've tried the software, but it seems to me to be a painfully slow and complicated process. So all I can do is let my video speak for itself.

  • What's the first chord you are playing? Looks like D but different if you know what I mean? Thanks...nice guitar btw! :)

  • I recently added a video that shows the fingerings from a better angle.

  • Thanks for the update. Cheers! :)

  • man you don't need software to write tab! - nice playing though

  • hello,,, can you please give us a lesson on the intro of 'lost in the supermarket' by the clash.....I've tried...I know that it's with the e chord then you go to e9 i think.....can you give it a go for us.? thanks

  • Is there more to this video? It sounds at the end as if you were about to continue teaching these chords.

  • Is there any chance you know the chords to I Confess? The chorus has been bugging me for awhile and these videos of yours are a great help. Cheers.

  • Hey ... it's 10 mos on and I just noticed this comment. Sorry - I guess I missed it when you posted it. I do know those chords. I'll see what I can do for you.

  • Starts with D(add 9), which is a D with and open E string (also called a Dsus2). The A is an A major, but I hammer-on the C# bass and roll up to another A major, only this time a higher triad with E in the bass. The G is indeed a G5 because I ignore the 5th string. I pull-off the high G to reveal an open high E, which is really a G6th. All of which explains why it's just easier to make a video.

  • Ah sorry, just saw this...will give it a go...cheers man! *thumbsup*

  • What are the chords in standard tuning Is it D5 A5 G5 ?

  • Pardon sir but I've been trying to learn this song for a while now and I would love if you made a video of how to play this song in standard tuneing, it would be much appreciated.

    cheers
