it's great that ahe was a peace activist but he was rich, with millions of pounds. Imagine the change he could have made if he used all that money for peace
@schpoogie He did use a whoooooole lot of his money up on charity. Most of the money he made from his post 1970 career went to charity in some way or another. But he and the other Beatles had amassed fortunes up to 200 million pounds each, John and Paul having made even more than that. It would have taken many many years to spend all that money.
After seeing this, I truly believe Snyder inspired Dave Chapelle's impersonations of white people. Lol. Snyder isn't even your average "white boy", he's fucking neon!
Also, love John Lennon. Such a brilliant mind, & was a credit to the entire human race.
@Rukkisman ahh yeah man, totally thought that too, haven't really seen many interviews or known much about this guy (apart from his epic musicianship), but this guy is a complete legend and genuine bloke!
John was so awesome in the "Lost Weekend" period of his life .. He was still under the hex of Yoko, but he was thinking for himself! It's a shame he was so insecure that he had to be under the hex of someone throughout his life, but Yoko was the worst influence on the poor guy I can think of.
Anyways, excellent interview and very interesting conversation! Thank you for uploading it!
"...and we thought to show everything. People are always looking at people like me, trying to see some secret, though: what do they do what do they do, y'know...do they go to the bathroom? Do they eat?"
Wow. these interviews aren't about who's dating who. they're not a celebrity telling a story just to entertain a crowd watching, they're about LIFE and the musicians LIFE and opinions and deep thinking and OH M G its so AWESOME I could just watch it forever cuz its actually INTERESTING!
@gotGodandHislove well yea E! wasnt around then and this wasnt an MTV interview this is an NBC interview so watch list cable and more major news networks if you want to see serious interviews are you 13

That's not surprising that John likes Disco and Reggae music. According to Yoko, if John had lived long enough he would have liked Rap music too!

Well, it is really shitty that he was murdered. It would have been great if he was still alive.
Just goes to show how brutal humanity can be.
At least we havn't had a third world war yet, but the environment is still in danger.
