I haven't had alot of trouble with constipation but I do know things get a bit 'harder' if I don't get my fluids in so be sure to get in your fluids...I do water but i know lots of people have trouble with that. I think you are doing awsome. Great video!
I had the not POOPING problem so bad I was going to die but now someone told me every 3 days use milk of mag and I do and no problems since. You look great. Read you wrote about your dinner date coming up you should be amazinf even more than you already are
so just do 2 teaspoons of milk of mag every 3 days and it works? not after u take it but keeps ur regular?? im lost here LOL sorry. i drank a whole bottle of that stuff and it didnt work for me, so maybe if i do it every 3 days it may help make me regular?? tell me what to do here LOL! i cant wait until dining out, its our prom for the old folks i guess haha!

thats how i was when my visitor was, gained a pound!!! My thighs are also killing me from that stinking eliptical. how many minutes do you do?? I have those protien bars also and they are not that bad. They are way better than those protien shots lol
lol it sucks but i know itll come off sometime or another. i am a wussy right now lol 5-8 mins, make sure i burn 75-90 calories, cant do anymore at the moment. my legs are weak as heck and as big as they are i would think they would do better LOL but i guess the fat took its toll of them! working a little more every day though, gotta build it up. trying to do my smart program goal of 20 mins so we'll see when i get there LOL. protein shots GAGGGG!

my weight goes up and down and after three days i just do milk of mag and have a poo and I loose but then it goes up and down its crazy

Periods will make you gain weight. Damn water weight. You will probably have an awesome loss next week! I'm so glad you can eat now.
