Many thanks OriginalMoonbeam for pointing out this Francescatti recording to me. Naturally he plays it with power and vigor, but there is such elegance and tenderness to spare as well. Fabulous violinist.

What a nice way to start out my morning..I had not heard Zino play THIS and it is just wonderful!!!! I enjoy him most on the pieces with a little fire or modernistic pieces with lots of transistion. This is great.
