Question. The public Hubble photo of the Helix nebula looks like an eye, with a flesh coloured outside, yellowish eyewhite, a blue iris and a hint to a pupil. Even a white star right in the middle. How much is this doctored?

Isn't the godless feeling wonderful? I wish worshipers could feel the way we do. They are missing so much and wasting their Sundays, before meals, or anytime they pray to their gods. Even after 43 yrs of godlessness, I still get such a boost from realizing I am so lucky to have removed myself from the herd of delusionals.

I second that, mate. It's amazing to me how they still think we're missing something, the joy of being "saved." Every time I think about how atheists are such a minority, I wonder how it can be so.

No country has ownership of delusions. Look at Iran, Pakistan, India, any Muslim nation, Mexico,etc. The US is in everybody's face with god overseas. So many of these wackjobs go on missionary trips to push their dogma on others,thinking they are helping them. All you can do is try to help them by education. It's tough when your immediate family are delusional but have patience. This medium will help. Show them DonExodus2 stuff. It helps. Good luck with them, you will need it.
