@jjrpilot Maybe I could do that...its such a pain to gain legal rights to sell a cover. I do have two albums of my original music available at my website! adamcantormusic-dot-com
So nice to hear an old standard played (very tunefully), by a young man in a modern style. Actually, your rendition sounds very similar to what we old timers, 50 years ago called 'Ragtime'. Great stuff Kiddo! Keep swinging! I'll be keeping an eye out for more of your posts.
wasnt at all too fast! was ridiculous my friend! :) you tore that Taylor up! Besides Sinatra is a great arrangement to model off of :) Keep tearin it up man
@tomihu2 i understand where you're coming from, but I modeled my arrangement off of Frank Sinatra's version, which is more upbeat and lively than the Dean Martin version
I just heard on npr a classical guitar version of this ( in the style or Sor or Carulli) are you familiar with the one i am talking about. cant remember perforner's name, couldnt find it on itunes- any ideas> thanks you were superb
@jgkovac nope haven't heard it....but that sounds cool! haven't heard any instrumental arrangements of this piece before actually. I was just inspired to do it on my own
@nkayanga i saw a video on youtube recently about skiing in Hawaii. one of the volcanoes on the Big Island gets enough snow on top every once in a while that people are able to ski and snowboard :)

It amazes me how you can get a melody and accompaniment out of the guitar in such a smooth manner; I'm so awe struck and on top of that, your touch is beautiful. Definately one of the best guitarists I've ever heard. And as I was typing the M7 cadence came in and I was like; whoah its over already lol? Aww.
P.S. Love the N64 controller on top of the fire wood lol, hopefully it wasn't soon to be burned lmao.
@CatchTh3Wind thanks a lot! my method for arranging is pretty simple. first I figure out the melody. then I figure out the bass line. the bassline usually determines which position I'll be on the guitar neck. then I'll do my signature slapping style and try to find notes between the bass and melody that are diatonic to fill out the chords. the only other thing is to try to vary the sound to make different sections sound different
no n64 controllers were harmed during or after this video
WAIT i found the link to your tutorial... THANK YOU :3
