umm lidge is like horrible aginst the cards

he had a streak of 23 2/3 scoreless innings against the cards before the pujols HR (see 2004 NLCS). So overall, Lidge has not been "horrible" against the Cards. Career 1.33 WHIP, 3.66 ERA. Not great, but not terrible.

I feel like Ankiel is not as good as Babe Ruth like I said before. Also as I said before the cardinal have no one better for center field. So what hes hit 3 homers in nine games this year, he only hit 11 in all of 2007(47 games). Even if you take those 47 games over a whole entire season thats only 39ish homers, wow that sounds exactly like Babe Ruth. And he still isn't the second best lefty pitcher of all time, not even in the top 100. As I said before get your story straight.

You may be all over rick ankiel's balls but that is a lie. Rick ankiel sucked at the end of last season, and his ptiching was wild most of the time. After people figured out how to pitch to him his average went down, he isn't even a lock for center field this year, although the cards really dont have anyone better. BTW Sandy Koufax maybe the best lefty pitcher of all, what about Randy Johnson, and Johan Santana, or Steve Carlton, get your story straight.

Santana is getin his ass sheld and the reason ankiel got his average down was because the media said he took HGH and the media was all over his back good lord not a lock in for center field hes made about 10 web gems this year so get your story right when you dont know anything about rick ankiel bastard. Lidge is no rick ankiel. Lidge was no comeback story. Ankiel had to work. He is a rare pitcher that can do more than pitch. Just like Babe Ruth, possible the 2nd best lefty pitcher of all (behind Koufax). Ruth=Ankiel.
