Fantastic idea and and awesome job making it happen. That took a TON of planning. And thanks to the family and friends maintaining secrecy and blackout conditions, it came off beautifully. @epinephrin No problem, i recently got engaged and had a surprise party from my family. My mom had told me it was my aunt and uncles anniversary. so i didn't think otherwise. My guy gave me a easter basket he made for me, and got the blue egg and got down on one knee. (he wanted the golden egg, but for some reason the day before i stuck it in the basket my mom made me) But i loved that it was in a blue egg. He even remembered that i liked sapphires over diamonds.
