Maida Raine is still considered by many musicians as complete utter crap. Selling records is one thing,performing live is another .

@bdawgmarsdin so I went and watched it.Like the drumming( as usual reat playing for Jeremy) interesting temp. Very limited vocal range and he tries to change his timbre and strains a lot. The only song I really like by them is One Man Army, Supermans Dead song he sounds like a retarded drunk yelping.

No he didn't make a mistake. The band he mentioned is Slow, not Sloan. Slow were from Vancouver and were very influential to the 90s grunge scene. Look them up, the reference will make a lot more sense.
