They started making a large amount of arrests, good ones that held up in court, then of course they constantly got complained on. Eventually the officer had to be let go due to concerns of city liability. No real facts to back it up, just allegations. Allegations that stemmed from criminals getting back at a cop.

If the complaint is that a police officer has acted in an unlawful way, there is reasonable suspicion on the part of the complaining party that further unlawful actions may be taken against him, and he may be targeted for revenge.
