The thing I like about Canadian shows and Canadian politicians is that these shows often can access politicians in a nonserious, noncelebrity way. LIving in the U.S., I don't see many shows that do that in the U.S. Usually the politician comes on as a celebrity or is a serious official position. There's something very down-to-earth about Canadian shows and their relationship to politicians. I like it! :)
