Random as hell, especially around 6:10 and on ward. I guess I am just used to a different form of song and expression of energy and excitement. Honestly it just sounds like she has lost her mind around 7:48... again, just American socialization and patterning.
The song is about witches, exactly it's bacchanalia, withes orgy. Kupalska nich (Kupalska night, July 7-th, the fern is believed to blossom only this only night a year, witches are extremely active, women see them off :)It is a special night :)
