Human beings or Homo sapiens share common ancestry and genetically we are, and I mean ALL people on this planet, are 99% related. Technically that means we're almost clones. That also means what one human is capable of, we all are. Skin color is due to geographical location based on exposure to ultraviolet rays, meaning the closer to the equator you are, the darker skin color will be. Did you learn something?
