I've got that book and highly reccommend it!! seriously you'll laugh til it hurts , yet theres some really really sad stuff where if you don't shed a tear you're made of stone..Ozzie has a really kind soul and he adores Sharon and his kids. a great read. :)

People love to make him out to be a mumbling idiot but I think most of the characteristics that people make fun of him for, the stuttering etc, are just from his drug use, not from being stupid. He's quite clever, I wouldn't call him a genius, but he's far from the idiot that people make him out to be.

What still disturbs me is how Sharon has rearranged her face.

sortof, but not genetic, Ozzy was on medication to help with the effects of alcohol/opioid withdrawal, the medication had side effects similar to parkinsons.(slurred speech and movements)

Maybe something like haliperidol which is sometimes used as an additional treatment of alcohol and opioid withdrawal.

@metafis Haloperidol sounds like an unlikely drug considering it should never be taken while on any kind of depressant drug, alcohol being one of those. It sounds very risky to be giving a drug like that to someone whose odds of drinking are pretty high.
