No, that's liquid's arm on ocelot's body. In the first mgs game, revolver ocelot lost his right arm, and after liquid's killed, he takes liquids and uses it for his own arm. Then in the second game, liquid's will takes over ocelot's body, becoming liquid ocelot. Raiden just happened to lose his arms too.

Old snake= solid snake. Solid snake is Big Boss's son/clone (i have no clue, there's like billions of sons, clones and mishap fathers in this series). Solidus Snake is Solid snake's clone.

Liquid Ocelot is basically a merging of Liquid Snake (no, i don't know who that's supposed to be, probably Snake's brother or something) and Revolver Ocelot.
