  • I've been on a high for like 6 months now lol. I can't get off of it. i'm addicted. i run 10 miles everyday. And my diet is so healthly. yet I do not deprive myself like these maniac's. Like this lady in this video. She was saying in a video when she's out to eat she only takes a portion of the bread and a little butter. Jesus Christ, eat the fucking bread! Lol. I eat Dark Chocolate everyday. (1-2pieces) and 2-6 beers a week. (fine german beer) not american chemicals. I look and feel great.

But I mean if the average woman in her 50's let's say takes up ballroom dancing once or twice a week (cuz that sounds realistic to me) then she's not going to be as healthy as someone that runs their butt off everyday for an hour. If you have time to fill your schedule with walks by the park, rollerblading, tennis, etc. then great but I don't think most people have that much time..

  • She's absolutely right. If you don't love it or at least like to do it, eventually you will quit.

  • She makes sense but "Diet" is the key to weightloss not and overall body fat %. Fitness is only 20% of the over bigger picture when it comes to weight loss.

  • Well statistics aren't laws. Everyone has different circumstances and metabolisms. Ultimately if you eat more calories and burn even more, you will can still lose weight. If you build muscle mass that might consume even more calories etc... But it's not black and white, yes or no, diet 20% excercise 80%. You need to think like a physicist and biologist with no emotional corruption.
