Also have you heard of Presonus Studio One? It's pretty sick, love the work flow very fast it's based off of Cubase since it's the same software engineers and programmers that wrote Cubase and Nuendo that use to work for Steinberg.

1) cheap and tacky free samples/synths - get a hardware synth like the Access Virus, or get some of the Korg/Moog softsynths.
2) You don't have any variety in the tracks, it's the same thing over and over. I'm listening to Gangsta/Hardcore RapBeat track.
3) On your vids the titles etc. sound like you are desperate ie. (MUST SEE!!!). Don't.

Even though you use fruity loops i just went with Propellerhead software. After watching how you make beats i was hoody. I also was inspire by a few producers on youtube. I used windows PC's for music production for years so don't get it twisted... but once I could afford to go mac... well the rest is history... I''ll never go back to PC over OSX... straight goods.
@BigStacks18 ...like I said, I used windows machines for years, mac is not necessary at all, it just makes life much easier, the operating system is much more solid and less things crash. If you have an option, anybody I know would use mac, but if the option is not there then you use what you have..... windows ;)
Monitors should always be tested with live sound as well. Synths are designed to sound good. Live sound will let you hear the transient responses in the monitors. You will notice more of the clarity, natural frequency responses etc. Those Mackies are good monitors though!! Cheers

I used windows PC's for music production for years so don't get it twisted... but once I could afford to go mac... well the rest is history... I''ll never go back to PC over OSX... straight goods.

If you have an option, anybody I know would use mac, but if the option is not there then you use what you have..... windows ;)

Monitors should always be tested with live sound as well. Synths are designed to sound good. Live sound will let you hear the transient responses in the monitors. You will notice more of the clarity, natural frequency responses etc. Those Mackies are good monitors though!! Cheers
