The Old woman Has Alzheimer's Disease; therefore she is not a dumb ass as you say it, she is not coherent and does not understand, Who knows what going on in her head. We as so-called intelligent adults will come up with non lethal tactics to subdue Granny if trained and are intelligent enough to execute the proper move to trip her up and graceful place her on the ground without injuries I know at this situation was not the case,

My Uncle is an Ex Navy Seal and he has over the years showed me some move that can do just that place someone on the ground without injuries so I know it could have been done with Granny it is True Nico Gaal good police training would have handled this differently. I am not a martial artist and twice in my short life I have saved two lives by stopping an attacker with a knife and taking it from the assailant to prevent injury or death of another human being.

This Old Woman is frail anyone that has good police training could have handled this situation better.

@JohnB5304 if my grandma was holding a knife and didnt drop it when the police says so...thats her fault for being a dumbass...of course she is frail...but when a cop tells you to drop somthing you MUST DROP IT!!!

and im a martial artist and mma fighter...i know that exact move...news says it was a throw...it wasnt it was a trip, almost as if you knock somone off balance and lightly set them on the ground...the cop had ahold of the knife the whole time and people will over exaggerate things..
