As others have mentioned, you do need to work on your form especially on squat and deadlift. You want your back to be tight. One of the things that help me keep my back tight is to look up when you squat and deadlift. Don't look down as that'll tend to round your back. Also on squat, work on going slightly below parallel. Think like putting more weight towards your heel

Few tips: Go slower on the negative (when gravity is "on your side", to feel extra burn - people often quickly drop an go slow on the positive, it should be the opposite. Fast on positive slow on negative.
2. Don't completely straighten your arms when you DB bench press.
Your form is horrible for every fucking exercise, your progress is shit for 5 months because of your form. Continue doing this the same way and you will suffer a serious injury.
Lower the weight by a lot, start from the beginning if you have to. Clean your diet. Watch you form, ask for advice.
The weights you started with were way too low. I can tell just from watching this that your starting weight for the bench press should have been more than 45 pounds. You literally looked like you were warming up.
As many before me have stated, you have to work on your form. Especially on the squats and the deadlift. You could potentially fuck up your back and posterior chain by doing both with your current form. Get someone to give you pointers. If you see someone squatting or deadlifting at the gym with proper form tell them you are a noob and ask them to watch you and give you some pointers. They will feel good because they teaching someone and you will feel good because your back will still be intact.
no offense dude but your form is mostly shitty. for compound lifts, form > weight, build your strength base first then you can do all the hip-drive cheat curls you want.
also dont use do db bench as a noob, you'll develop imbalances. it's easy to fail a bench safely even if you dont have a spotter, as long as you don't use retarded weights.

1. Squat form still needs improvement. When you started you were doing good mornings. On either case you are looking up/straight. SS says look down at a spot 6 ft away.
2. Bench looked too easy. I don't see why someone at your weight only started with the bar. And also why did you switch to dumbbells, that's not SS.

Nice progress. Keep it up. Your weight looks a little far forward on squats; try leaning back more and pushing more with your ass, from your heels. See if that helps. Also it looks like you're not locking out your deadlifts.

You're improving, granted. But you need to stick at that weight now or go back a bit until you hit the correct form.
Some things I noticed
Butt wink when squating
Deadlift you need to watch your back and get the full rep out of it. Also drag it up the legs.
OHP watch your back
Go easy on the flies coming back down. That's just as important as putting them up there.
Lots more, I'm sure other people will say.

Nice work bro, just gotta work on your form a bit. Make sure not to round your back on the deadlift, you can seriously injure yourself once you start doing heavier weights. Keep it up, you'll be shredded in no time

Try harder.
1. Squat form still needs improvement. When you started you were doing good mornings. On either case you are looking up/straight. SS says look down at a spot 6 ft away.
2. Bench looked too easy. I don't see why someone at your weight only started with the bar. And also why did you switch to dumbbells, that's not SS.
3. Deadlift when u started you had one hell of a rounded back. Read book please. Then you bend elbows at top and don't lock out.
4. Rows, you can't even do a full ROM.

Look at what Zack did on SS, it`s all about three months of linear progress, and he got to perfect form on a 3-plate squat in three months. I did more weight than you with better form when I was 128lb

@TheGameneo You'd probably actually be able to progress on squats if your were actually squatting instead of bending forward then dropping your ass like a dipshit. You could also probably pull more if you were actually deadlifting instead of lifting the entire load with your lower back. Seriously, take a step back and figure out how to actually preform the lifts before you exaggerate your lordosis further.
