From what I've heard your suppose to scream with your diaphragm and not use your throat. It sounds like he is just using his throat the entire time.

They are also constantly touring and they are on stage for...lets say an hour. So in 1 week that is 7 hours of screaming and in 1 month that is around 28 hours of screaming. A lot of screamers have had some serious health problems because of how much they scream.
