I actually played through this thing. It's a really good game and a great remake of the original 1st person game. It's pretty damn fun, but it's short. Trust me, you'll want more after you beat it. It's worth the dollar.

At the menu, select the second option from the left, then the top one and click the right arrow untill you see 'English'. then press back and everything will be in english.
