  • From what I could make out, the script was not entirely the same as in the English-language version. For example, when one of the firemen shouted, "Fire! Fire!" in our version, he shouted, "Fire! Time to dispatch!" in this one.

Also, while one other fireman said, "It's only a little monkey!", the fireman said in this Japanese clip, "That monkey played a trick on us!", to paraphrase.

  • The music is from a famous Mozart piano sonata (K 331). The movement used in the film is "Rondo Alla Turka". The entire sonata is extremely beautiful.

  • is it Bach playing? Or what/who?

  • gosh, the camera movement is just beautiful

  • やっぱり日本の声優がうまい!

Japanese voice actors are so much better...

  • Hmmm - Rabbitown sure has a way with words.

  • いつも可愛いジョージだけど今回はあんまり良くなかったみたいだね。でも誰かがきっと助けてくれるだろうよ。

  • I didn't know there was a dub. xD

I remembered watching this all over again when I was in elementary school.

    Thanks for this upload!

  • The American version has June Foray narrating. She was the voice of Rocky in the Rocky and Bullwinkle TV show among many others. J.C.M.

  • In japanese, the narrator has a hot voice.
