  • Wow, that's a good silencer!

    I can't hear a thing!

  • IS it me or is this video missing audio...?

  • And that flip-up front sight that's part of the rail is tits.

  • I do like the size of the extractor on that bolt, though...

  • did they really send bullets past his head!?

    hoe lee ka ow

  • @helpmefindmyalias Im pretty sure they didn't shoot at the guy...

  • Nice AR, but even if it included EVERY ACCESSORY (mags, Eotech/Aimpoint, etc) I still could NEVER bring myself to buy a rifle that even wit it's included features is a $3000 AR!!! You could build a rifle with the EXACT SAME feature's in every way from Spike's and come in around $1000-$1500 depending on the vendors you buy from, just won't be a K.A.C. made one. You don't get $3000 worth of gun, you get $1500 worth and a NAME!!! The new COLT??Could get a LWRC M6A3 for less!!!

  • @reeseman67 It wouldn't have the rounded e3 bolt/barrel extension , longer proprietary gas tube length, balance, ambi lower, nor a 20k round warranty. And they cost 2,000 not 3. I have a spikes lower, just so you know I am not biased, but spikes and KAC are not even in the same realm. My Daniel Defense isn't even in the same realm and it is "better" than spikes.

  • @reeseman67 This gun has stock ambidextrous controls on it, very adaptable to left hand shooters, that's what makes it so expensive and special. Try doing that to a Spike's tactical lower.

  • @reeseman67 I think that when it comes to the AR platform you have three options: You can have performance, you can have status and you can have cheap - but you can only have two. I believe in building your own to understand the platform in an intimate way and to figure out what you need/want for your style of shooting. While I wouldn't spend what I would have to spend to buy OR build the rifle in the video either, that thing is really fucking cool, just impractical for my purposes.

  • @reeseman67 I believe the sr 15 costs 1900 MSRP.. The sopmod alone is worth 200. add in the rail, flip up sights, trigger, your not paying as much for the name as you would suspect. Add in an aimpoint and you could never build an ar of similar quality for the same price.

  • my dad showing off again -.-

  • Chris costa!! :D

  • Is it me or is there no sound?

  • @aznlonewuff very effective suppressor ;)

  • Costa is the new Chuck Norris. even looks like him. lol

  • now we know where travis tomasie learned to reload from

  • Love Knights Armament's products.... not much chance of getting them here in NZ due to tight US Federal export laws.

  • ......wait....Knight's Armament does the SR-15?....I did not know that.....lol

  • I wish there was sound to this video.

  • Chris used a SR-16 in the "Art of The Tactical Carbine 1" video. I remember the close-ups of his upper said "SR-16 E3" with a lower that has a Magpul logo engraved on the magwell.

  • I can reload faster than that, on COD anyways!!!

  • @Kbonefan shut up

  • what a boring video...no sound wtf? and its also sped up

  • @Ar15snhappy No, it's not sped up. Costa can really reload an AR-type rifle that fast.

  • @mindlessprimitive if shooting my target more quicker and accurate then the guy shooting me looks funny , then let them set me for a stand up on comedy central.

  • im sorry, but when that guy shoots he looks funny. ya gotta admit its funny.

  • @Xhado17 Well shit. Guess my brother was right about the PTS line of Magpul being handed down to HK.

  • @Xhado17 Magpul and Bushmaster were joint during that time to make that weapon. By the way, that was a typo. I forgot the OR.

  • @Xhado17 Thats the prototype name. Its really called now the Masada ACR.

  • I like the weapon and suppressor in the tan color.

  • i wouldnt really say faster but thats how he probably was taught, probably with a few modifications to the teaching as well to make sure the mag comes out of the magazine well

  • What an amazing mag cycling technique, guess hes not bring back any mags

  • hey that was costa from the magpul dynamics vids!

  • @skiingpaul73 Don't argue with results!

  • Hi im about to get the sr 15 but i was wondering if it can use the cmmg .22 lr conversion bolt

  • Sound?

  • " stoner rifle " is that just the model for the lower?

  • @911mykidsdead that's what Knight's calls their version of the ar and it's both the lower and upper

  • see thats just dumb but oh well plenty of good weapon systems out there to get the job done.

  • oh i see. to bad its out of range for us regular guys. think they said 2500 for the base model and 3000 for the enhanced version. hope it comes down at least a little. i would love to pick one up.

  • i think remi and bushi are making both select fire and the semi versions cuz magpul stated they awarded the contract to both companys.

  • Thats what she said..

  • He's checking to see why the weapon has stopped firing by physically looking at the bolt.

  • WTF? His reload technique kicks!

  • Ya this guy has 20 to 30 years of weapon training with tactical carbines. He reloads it that way because it cycles the mag away from the gun while setting up to chamber the fresh mag. Faster and Efficient. skiingpaul73 would be in the process of reloading and probably get a couple rounds to the face haha

  • Hmm... didn´t he said in one of his vids. that the spin isn´t the thing it´s about? I think he said that he just flips the gun to the left to check the camber (just empty mag or jam) and then to the right to get it in a position were it´s just easier to insert a new mag?

If the mag just falls down or flies away ( with just probably gonna happen ^^ ) does not matter...

Sorry for my bad english :P .....

  • @ShowyNinja No, he reloads that way because he does a chamber check, then orients the weapon to facilitate insertion of a fresh mag. The fact that the spent mag launches away from the gun is a byproduct of his technique, not the intent.

  • @ShowyNinja His main intention of rotating the gun 90 degrees to the left is not because it throws the mag out of the gun, it's to make sure the bolt is locked to the rear and not jammed, the flying magazine is just value added to get the mag out without getting stuck. He trains as if it were an active gun fight you can never assume that bolt is locked and throw a good mag into a bad gun.

  • @IMFDB I don't think it's any more one or the other, making sure the mag flies away instead of falling straight is just as important. I know some groups train to flip the rifle to throw the mag out of the way of the shooter, otherwise if they're advancing a stepping on it (after it fell straight down) they're not on stable ground any more and can't shoot as accurately. Both are equally important thought.

  • @brqde1319 yeah I'm just saying the bolt identification is the first priority.

  • dude this guy would kick your ass in a firefight

  • I prefer the surefire suppressor myself.... KACs design threw my zero off 4.5 minutes, while the surefire only raised my group 1.5 minutes.... also the outer perforated heat-sink likes to snag brush... not good when you get into a firefight... almost started a brush fire outside baghdad with a KAC suppressor once....

  • Knights Armament, Magpul, and Accuracy international are they best gun manufactuars

  • Magpul doesn't manufacture guns...

  • Masada

  • ahhhh yes, i forgot. But that is their only rifle. They mainly manufacture accessories.

  • yeah they do mainly manufacture accessories but they also make a FMG folding machine gun

  • @AndY3607 yeah they do. The ACR was designed a made by them.... then they shared rights with bushmaster.

  • @legoman05 I know now, but I had posted that comment long before the ACR was released, or at least before I heard of it.

  • @legoman05 Still- Magpul doesn't MANUFACTURE any weapons.

  • @legoman05 Magpul called it the Masada, Bushmasters called the ACR. The companies just joined together to build that rifle.

  • @tuck234 magpul called it the masada acr. bushmaster called it bushmaster acr

  • @AndY3607 they have started building airsoft guns but yes they doe not make real weapons

  • @aknonnerd They don't make airsoft guns. They build reciever mods and accessories for airsoft guns. Magpul is mostly a weapons accessories company.

  • @AndY3607 magpul had a run of lowers. do some research.

  • @mikeymike4g63 I know they do. To be honest I don't remember why I wrote that comment or if I was responding to someone.

  • @AndY3607 They do. They just don't sell them.

  • @AndY3607 They do now.

    sr15 and sr25.

They designed one called masada also. but it is now called bushmaster ACR.

  • @castanza128 they don"t manufacture it bushmaster dose

  • @AndY3607 ACR masada?

  • @AndY3607 i guess the masada dosent count?

  • ur a fuckin idiot...what about daniel defense, lwrc, lmt, Barrett, and H&K. apperntly u dont know shit about guns. spell check bitch.

  • Hey now come on!! What about lwrc, or h&k, or fnh! i still love your picks though.

  • yeah their great but these are my favorite.

  • Magpul doesnt manufacture the Masada (ACR). They designed it. They sold their design to Bushmaster who will be manufacturing the Masada (ACR).

  • its a shame Bushmaster fumbled, now the ACR is produced by Remington

  • Naw Remington is only makin the Military version of the ACR. Bushmaster is still making the civilian version. Bushmaster was going to start releasing them in late 09 but now they are sayin first half of 2010. Fuck Bushmaster. I had a M4 chambered in 6.8 but sold it cause I couldnt find ammo for it and the more I handled it the cheaper it felt. I recently bought a Sabre Defence M4 and its sick. Sabre is up there with LMT, YHM, CMMG, Knights, DD, Noveske, and Larue in quality and superiority

  • Oh wow I didn't know that about Remington... Thats cool. Dude I say the ACR 762 big brother on the cover of some mag at the super market. There talking about that one and they still haven'tlet the 223 one out yt what the hell!! lol

  • @topher81807 dude im planning on getting a sabre next month! Good to hear you like it. Was thinking about getting a knights lower and matching it up with a sabre barrel but i may just get a complete sabre rifle

  • If your thinking about a Sabre just get a complete Sabre. The uppers and lowers are CNC matched. Its seriously the most tight rifle Ive ever handled. Theres no rattle and it just feels amazing. The tolerances on the weapon are just so tight its crazy. Knights are amazing but they are expensive as a motherfucker. That was the whole reason I didnt buy a Knights. I didnt feel like spendin 2 grand on a rifle. My $1500 Sabre is just fine.

  • I got the Flat Top M4 Sabre. Its got Yankee Hill Machine flip up sights both front and rear. I didnt want a fixed front post cause I wanna throw an EOTech on it so I wanted a rifle with flip up sights. If I were you Id buy the M4 Tactical Sabre. Yankee Hill flip up sights and a free floated quad rail from the factory.

  • @topher81807 Yup, screw the ACR.

  • @TheGuruofWar hell yeah screw the ACR. If I was going to spend that kind of money Id just buy a FN Scar chambered in .308. I still love my Sabre M4 even though Sabre doesnt exist anymore because they got caught doing a bunch of illegal shit, lol. I threw on a bunch of aftermarket shit on it and Im waiting until I get out of Afghanistan before I throw an ACOG on it....

  • @topher81807 Or a Ferfrans SOACR.

  • @khmerguy35 Bushmaster and Remington are both subsidies of the same holding company.

  • For so much money it should! Great last name don't you think?

Good name for a gun too

  • agreed

  • Thats easily top of the line, you cant go wrong with anything by KAC, Noveske, LMT or Colt.

  • Don't forget LaRue.

  • Mark LaRue, makes amazing products, but gets threatens to easy. ADM and Brobro are catching up, in some ways they beat his products. I have bought LaRue in awhile because of the way Mark acts...I mean c'mon take your BCG offline because some people complained about it...he acts like a kid to much

  • And Daniel Defense.

  • Beat his products how exactly?

  • Pardon?

  • altho it is basicaly a m4 but with the changes that are featured on this rifle means its an m4 that works :D and if you want to bitch and moan dont do it on youtube whats the point?!

  • Oohhh I want that rifle so bad.

  • That is a thing of beauty. I've always said Stoners were the Ferrari of the AR world...and whoever you have doing handling your media now certainly know how's to showcase them like one. I've been anxiously awaiting my call from Lawmen's so I can finally get my hands on one. I read recently (can't remember where but I believe it was posted by Jr. or The Colonel) that the E3 was going to be the most widely available KAC product to date. Is that correct?
