to answer about the difficulties: Between 1:05 and 1:30 Russia has THREE atches of the ball without hands. Italy has NONE, their pivot are more difficult, and so all theur body elements.
On the other hand, at one point they throw the ball at each others like it was hand ball.. rather tasteless. This choreo is slow and full of moments where they WAIT for each others. They are saved just by the facts they are RUSSIA, rather cleaner than the previous group, and their higher D1.

Russia has always created beautiful choreography but, sorry, this is not like the others. It is very poor. Where are the difficulties? And the speed? Then you can not grab the ball like that, you know? And all those walks lorry. Much better is the routine in Bulgaria, France, but the best is that of Italy: beautiful!

I agree that the D level is higher, and they have more catches with feet and on the floor, BUT the choreography is WEAK: they have A LOT of passages when the gymnasts are WAITING to throw the ball doing nothing, or simply walking to take position for a group figure. This doesn't help the routine! In this Italy is MUCH better.
Russia has the best 3+2 if done well. No doubt. but the ball routine, sorry, for me comes even after BUL & BLR.

@Aupirit And i agree with everything, but ... can I suggest you go back on the Italian 3 +2? I think, the best 3 +2 on difficulty, originality and artistic significance is the Italian choreographer, after seen tell me your opinion, thanks ... ;-)
@Martzius65 I'm not questioning Italy's routine. I still think it amazing, but this year russia has as many collaborations and as many risks, plus their D1 is higher for sure. No chance Italy difficulties are more than russia.. they are even less than BLR.
And I'm from italy, and I've been to the open door training, so I've seen the routine from 4 meters even before they presented it publicy.
Under this conditions Italy won't even be able to beat russia unless they do mistakes.
Sorry but this routine is just amazing! Last year Russia's routines weren't original but this year they're very original and risky, they're really better than, so don't criticize! Maybe they did some mistakes but I think that in one year it will be perfect!

This group is very young (they replaced some girls again) and they are doing great in my opinion. I love this music!!! And everyone who is saying that is nothing special or boring - you are just envious!!!!! That's all!!! The main battle will be in Olympics and I'm sure they will be champions :D

Russian's choreography is incredibly difficult and artistic~ Same as the 3 Ribbons and 2 Hoops this year~ I heard that this Group is rather young~ I do hope that they will become more united and confident just as the Group we saw in 2008 Beijing.. Confident + Graceful.. :-D
I really love the combination of apparatus this year~ Performances from every country are really impressive and amazing...
BTW, absolutely, PLZ, change the Russian 5 Balls Leotards~~~ :-P

Sorry but this routine is just amazing! Last year Russia's routines weren't original but this year they're very original and risky, they're really better than, so don't criticize! Maybe they did some mistakes but I think that in one year it will be perfect!
