  • As a marathon runner, I'm more concerned about my legs and the mileage or my speed workouts that I get in each week. It didn't dawn on me that my feet could also use a "foot" work out too. Lori

  • Great information. As a fellow podiatrist, I can tell you that minimalist shoes aren't for everyone, but if you are going to run with them, make sure your feet are in great shape. Keep on running smart. Great stuff, Dr. Crane.
